The speed of globalization and population mobility has increased,and so have the opportunities for people from different cultures to interact with each other.During this period,there are many conflicts and contradictions caused by different ideologies.In response to these problems,UNESCO and scholars from various countries have repeatedly pointed out in recent years that global literacy must be one of the most important competencies to be cultivated by human resources in a knowledge-based society,so all countries require education departments to integrate resources to cultivate complex talents with an international perspective and capable of cross-cultural communication,which coincides with the core idea of international understanding education.International Chinese teachers face students with diverse backgrounds and strong interculturalism,so they need to cultivate students’ international understanding literacy in the international Chinese education classroom.Meanwhile,along with the rapid development of internet technology and technological advancement,online teaching is gradually becoming the new direction of international Chinese language education.In order to realize the integration of international understanding education,international Chinese education and information technology,this paper takes international understanding education as the guiding ideology and uses the oral class type as the entry point for oral online teaching design,which provides new reference ideas for the oral teaching design part in international Chinese education.The paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1,Introduction,introduces the origin,significance,objectives,expected results and research methods of this topic selection,and clarifies the issues to be addressed in the focus of this study.The second chapter summarizes the guiding ideology of teaching design from the perspective of international understanding education,and provides a theoretical basis for the selection of teaching content and teaching methods in the later stage.The feasibility analysis is carried out in terms of the support of the teaching platform and the teaching targets,which ensures the rationality and operability of the teaching design.In Chapter 3,the teaching hours and stages of the teaching design are arranged;under the guidance of the teaching design ideas from the perspective of international understanding education in Chapter 2,the ideas of selecting and arranging the teaching contents applicable to any teaching materials are sorted out,and the appropriate teaching principles and teaching methods are proposed.Chapter 4 provides a formal,detailed description and examples of each teaching session in the context of teaching practice.Proven classroom introduction designs,knowledge point elaboration and practice designs,classroom activity session designs and feedback and evaluation designs are applied to real classroom situations.Chapter 5 presents the evaluation and reflection based on international understanding,the objectives of the study,the overall teaching situation and student feedback,and finally,based on the strengths and weaknesses identified in the teaching process and the evaluation and reflection,provides recommendations for teachers’ classroom teaching and pre-course teacher development.The concluding section in Chapter 6 then summarises the research design ideas and offers some reflections.This study stands on the ideological system of international understanding education,captures the requirements of the discipline,and combines the characteristics of online teaching with the requirements of oral teaching in the instructional design.The feasibility of the instructional design was verified through a five-month teaching practice with students’ dynamic performance in real-life situations.The real feedback from the students and the teachers’ in-depth thinking suggest the online teaching of oral language from the perspective of international understanding education,which ensures the authenticity,timeliness and practicality of the study.The research results will be beneficial to promote the development and practice of international understanding education ideas in teaching and learning in the field of international Chinese language education.
