The official use of the subject name "International Chinese Education" began in the 2019 International Conference on Chinese Education,from "teaching Chinese as a foreign language" to "international Chinese education",and people are increasingly aware that the discipline of international Chinese education has very obvious cross-cultural characteristics,which must be reflected not only in teaching,but also in teaching materials.In2021,the Chinese Proficiency Test will be adjusted from the original level 6 to level 3 and 9,and it is imperative to develop a new generation of comprehensive textbooks for international Chinese education.Due to the close relationship between language and culture,the cultural items in the comprehensive textbook are of great significance to the learner’s Chinese learning.The "HSK Standard Course"(Jiang Liping,2014)series of textbooks is HSK2 With the help of the "International Chinese Classification Cultural Items Table(Guide Version)"(hereinafter referred to as the "Project List")compiled by Professor Zhou Xiaobing,this paper analyzes the cultural items of the textbook,combined with the questionnaire and interview survey of textbook users,and comprehensively classifies international Chinese education Thinking on the preparation of Chinese textbooks and cultural projects.The first chapter introduces the research background and research object,sorts out and analyzes the research status of international Chinese education textbooks and the research status of cultural projects of "HSK Standard Course" from a cross-cultural perspective,determines the research content of this paper,and explains the research purpose and research significance,research methods and research innovation.Chapter 2 sorts out the concept of cross-cultural and cultural projects,selects the "Project List" as the classification standard for cultural projects by sorting out the existing classification system of cultural projects,introduces the existing survey scale of textbook cultural projects from a cross-cultural perspective,and finally determines the dimension of textbook cultural projects from the cross-cultural perspective,and explains the specific statistics of textbook cultural projects,which forms the basis for the analysis and recommendations of the teaching material.Chapter 3 provides specific classification and statistics of cultural items in textbooks according to the "Project List",and on this basis,the textbooks are analyzed from the four dimensions of "overall analysis of textbook Chinese projects","interaction analysis between Chinese and other cultures","comparative analysis of cultures in various regions of China" and "analysis of the combination of traditional and contemporary culture",and the characteristics of the preparation of textbook cultural projects from a cross-cultural perspective are found.Chapter 4 combines the existing analysis in Chapter 3,through questionnaire method and interview method to understand learners’ interest and attitude towards textbook cultural projects from a cross-cultural perspective,and the survey questions closely focus on the four dimensions of the previous textbook analysis,through the survey,we can think about the preparation of textbook cultural projects from the perspective of textbook users.Finally,the results of comprehensive textbook analysis,questionnaires and interviews are combined to reflect on the preparation of international Chinese education comprehensive textbook cultural project from a cross-cultural perspective,that is,to enhance the pertinence of cultural projects,pay attention to the diversity of cultural interaction,avoid the unity of regional culture,and activate the connection between traditional culture and contemporary culture.
