With the rapid development of social economy and widespread attention to preschool education,the vocational preschool education major has gradually received attention in China;At the same time,with the implementation of the vocational education college entrance examination policy in Shandong Province,the vocational preschool education major has a broader platform for improvement and its status has become increasingly important.This study takes a vocational school in Shandong Province as the research object,and analyzes the teacher,student source,curriculum,and textbook content of the preschool education major from the perspective of the application of children’s song playing and singing skills in the Shandong Vocational Education College Entrance Examination.Through literature research,questionnaire survey,and interview methods,after understanding the current situation and existing problems of preschool education professional children’s song playing and singing teaching in the school,the study found that the school lacks a highly specialized teaching team,the quality of students is poor,and there are significant differences in music literacy.The overall construction of the school’s playing and singing teaching system is not comprehensive enough,and a relatively scientific playing and singing teaching system has not been formed;The problems in the current situation of playing and singing teaching above have to some extent constrained the improvement of children’s song playing and singing skills among preschool education majors,thereby affecting the overall level of preschool education in China.The key to solving these problems requires the joint participation and cooperation of teachers,students,schools,and relevant education departments.Based on this,this study proposes some improvement suggestions for the problems that arise in the teaching of young children’s song playing and singing,mainly including: strengthening the construction of teaching staff,improving students’ comprehensive music literacy,and strengthening students’ basic skill training;Feasibility construction of teaching system for children’s song playing and singing.The author hopes that the above improvement suggestions can better promote the improvement of song playing and singing abilities of preschool education professionals in vocational schools.Finally,the ability to play and sing songs for preschool education majors in vocational schools has a very important impact on students’ future education,employment,and overall quality improvement.Therefore,improving the ability to play and sing songs for preschool education majors in vocational schools is very important.The author hopes that the research in this paper can provide some help for the improvement of children’s song playing and singing abilities of vocational preschool education students,and also provide some reference and reference for young children’s song playing and singing professional teachers who are fighting on the teaching front line.
