In the information age,the trend of teaching reform is increasing day by day.Among various sports items in college PE class,sports dance has rich movements and strong sense of rhythm,and a strong sense of participation in class,so it is more and more popular among students.In the traditional teaching mode of PHYSICAL education,the teacher is the "master" of the class,and the students are passive in "cramming" learning,and their learning attitude is negative.The interest in learning decreases with the number of classes,and the motivation of students’ sports also begins to change,thus affecting the attitude of students to exercise.Flipped classroom teaching,by rebuilding the teaching structure,allows students to learn motor skills independently before class,teachers to guide technical key and difficult points in class,and students to hand in homework on the platform after class to consolidate skills and improve proficiency.Flipped classroom can mobilize students’ initiative in class.Instead of teaching knowledge in class,teachers spend more time in class on solving puzzles and optimizing knowledge and skills,resulting in good learning effects for students.Analysis turned out of the university sports dance teaching pattern and traditional differences in physical education teaching mode,the experiment than flipping out of the classroom teaching effect is better,find out the university sports dance flip the advantages of the classroom teaching mode,through to the students’ physical quality,sports exercise motivation,attitude,skills,learning four index data,After analyzing and comparing the teaching effect and adaptability of teaching mode between flipped classroom and traditional PE classroom.Then,the deficiencies of the flipped classroom teaching mode of sports dance in colleges and universities are found according to the data changes and differences,and corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to its deficiencies,providing reference for improving the teaching mode of sports dance in colleges and universities.This study selected 56 students from the special sports dance class of freshmen in Hunan University,which were divided into 28 experimental classes.The control class had the same number of students as the experimental class.The experimental class adopts the flipped classroom teaching mode,while the control class adopts the traditional teaching mode.Through the teaching experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)After the experiment,the physical quality of students can be improved,and the effect is significant in standing long jump,which can improve the strength of legs.The flipped classroom teaching mode of sports dance has little influence on physical quality,but it can effectively improve leg strength.(2)The flipped classroom teaching of sports dance has obvious effect on improving students’ attitude towards exercise,especially on students’ emotional experience.The learning effect of students’ exercise attitude in sports dance flipped classroom is good,which can stimulate students’ learning motivation and make students’ exercise attitude become positive.(3)The flipped classroom teaching of sports dance can effectively improve students’ sports motivation,which has the most significant influence on students’ internal motivation,and has a general effect on relieving students’ learning pressure and recognizing the value of sports dance learning.Sports dance flipped classroom can make students interested in sports dance,can take the initiative to learn and practice sports dance.(4)The flipped classroom teaching of sports dance can effectively improve the learning effect,and the performance of sports dance movement combination can be significantly improved.Research shows that flipped classroom teaching is more suitable for teaching in the information age than traditional classroom teaching,and students in this mode have higher learning efficiency and better effects.
