| Sports dance is a sport which is rich in content,diverse in form and popular with teenagers.With the rapid development of modern sports industry in China,more and more young people join in the study of sports dance.In recent years,young people have become the main object of learning sports dance.There are many factors for teenagers to learn sports dance,which together affect and form the motivation of learning sports dance.However,there is no substantive understanding of the impact of these factors on motivation and related relationships,so the motivation of teenagers to learn sports dance is worth exploring.The purpose of this study is to study the motivation phenomenon of youth learni ng sports dance,analyze the main influencing factors of youth learning sports dance and the correlation between various factors,and put forward corresponding strategies and suggestions.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Through factor analysis,the main factors that affect the young people’s motivation to learn sports dance are composed of seven public factors: emotional interest,self demand,self goal,learning willpower,other people’s influence,self feedback and expectation.(2)Based on the analysis of the scores of public factors,a hypothesis is preliminarily obtained: when there is not much difference between emotional interest,self demand,self goal and other people’s influence,the stronger the will power of teenagers to learn sports dance,the stronger their motivation to learn sports dance.(3)In the analysis of the motivation intensity of these seven public factors,the comparison of motivation intensity shows that: emotional interest = self demand >self goal > other people’s influence > learning willpower > self feedback >expectation.Emotional interest and self demand are the most powerful motivations of young people to learn sports dance,accounting for a large proportion of motivation.(4)From different dimensions,it is believed that the internal and external causes are the important aspects that lead teenagers to learn sports dance motivation,while self-regulation plays an auxiliary and coordinating role in teenagers’ motivation to learn sports dance.According to the above research conclusion,some reasonable suggestions are put forward for teenagers to learn sports dance.(1)Give priority to the development of the internal motivation of young people to learn sports dance.First of all,improve the interest of teenagers in sports dance,and then stimulate their demand for sports dance.(2)To create a good external incentive environment for teenagers to learn sports dance.Set reasonable goals and treat others’ influence correctly.(3)Strengthen the consciousness of self-regulation of teenagers.We should strengthen the training of young people’s will power in learning sports dance,give accurate and timely feedback information,and set reasonable expectations in their own learning ofsports dance.(4)To improve the motivation of young people to learn sports dance,first of all,to improve their interest and emotion in sports dance,and then to strengthen theirself-regulation of sports dance,which is more effective to improve their motivation for sports dance. |
