Dance sport is a new sport combining sports and art,also known as "international standard dance".In 1991,the state announced the "Physical Education Curriculum Plan for Colleges and Universities",and dance sport curriculum was introduced into college classrooms,which was gradually promoted and developed in the future.With the rapid development of information technology,the teaching mode of this project has been continuously innovated and optimized.As a new teaching form,flipped classroom is deeply loved by teachers and students with its unique,flexible and efficient characteristics,and also conforms to the trend of school education innovation in the present era.The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of flipped classroom teaching mode on the teaching application effect of dance sport course in Xi’an Physical Education University through teaching experiment analysis.This study takes the application effect of flipped classroom in dance sport teaching of Xi’an Physical Education University as the research object,by using the methods of literature review,experiment and mathematical statistics,60 students majoring in dance from two classes of year 2017 in the direction of dance sport in Xi’an Physical Education University were tested,to test the teaching effect of flipped classroom teaching mode applied in dance sport course of Xi’an Physical Education University,to provide theoretical and practical basis for the flipped classroom teaching mode in the dance sport course teaching practice in Xi’an Physical Education.After the teaching experiment,through the analysis of the experimental results,the conclusions are as follows:First,the flipped classroom teaching mode in dance sport teaching implementation of Xi’an Physical Education University has certain feasibility.Flipped classroom teaching mode can effectively improve teaching quality,give full play to students’ subjectivity and better meet students’ learning needs.Second,the flipped classroom teaching mode compared with the traditional teaching mode is helpful to improve students’ dance sport technical level.Flipped the classroom teaching mode encourages students to increase their practice time.Teachers know students’ learning situation in time and provide targeted guidance from reality,so as to ensure students’ efficient practice,thus improving learning efficiency and technical level.Thirdly,the application of flipped classroom teaching mode in dance sport teaching in Xi’an Physical Education University is helpful to improve students’ interest,enthusiasm and initiative in learning dance sport,and enhance students’ independent learning ability and cooperative learning ability,thus promoting students’ all-round development.Fourthly,there are some limitations in the application of flipped classroom teaching mode in dance sport course.In the experiment,it was found that students were accustomed to the traditional teaching mode,but did not fully realize that they were the main body of learning,and it took a process to adapt to the flipped classroom teaching mode.In the use and promotion,teachers combined with traditional teaching and other teaching modes to promote the innovative development of dance sport teaching and enhance the teaching effect.Therefore,in view of the problems existing in the experimental application of flipped classroom teaching mode in dance sport teaching in Xi’an Physical Education University,it is suggested to pay attention to the comprehensive improvement of teachers’ ability and quality and continuously optimize teaching methods;Improve the construction of network teaching platform and enhance its applicability,information and operability in teaching links;Pursuing practical results in teaching,reasonably choosing the teaching content of courses and strictly controlling each teaching link,so as to give full play to the advantages of flipped classroom teaching mode;In view of the limitations of the flipped classroom teaching mode,it is suggested that teachers should make a deeper exploration on the application of this mode in dance sport teaching,Dare to face problems and challenges,pay close attention to the development of flipped classroom teaching mode,combine with traditional teaching mode in use and promotion,and constantly sum up experience in practice to promote the development of dance sport teaching.
