The sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic has become a hot topic in society,and the advantages of online teaching are increasingly prominent.MOOC is a manifestation of Internet+education and a new change in teaching mode.With the continuous development and progress of the field of education and the continuous renewal of teaching methods,the physical education and dance curriculum has also been endowed with the requirements of the times of informalization,and also brought challenges and opportunities to sports dance.Through the analysis of the factors affecting the public course of college sports dance,and using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment,etc.,taking the students of Fuyang Normal University as the Research Object,this paper discusses the effect of "MOOC+Flip class" in the teaching of the public course of physical dance in colleges and universities.The simplified expression of "MOOC+rollover classroom" is "Using existing high quality MOOC resources to support rollover classroom teaching".Based on the analysis of the current situation of the teaching of college sports dance,this paper puts forward the application of"MOOC+flipped classroom" in the teaching of college sports dance,and validates the effect of "MOOC+flipped classroom" in the teaching of college sports dance This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of " MOOC+rollover classroom",and complements and perfects the teaching application and popularization of " MOOC+rollover classroom"In view of the research goal,this paper draws the conclusion that " MOOC+Flip class" is totally difficult to be integrated into the teaching of College Sports Dance Public Class,and "MOOC+Flip class" can improve the students autonomous learning ability of College Sports Dance Public Class;"MOOC+flipped classroom"is a new teaching method,which can promote the teaching effect of college sports dance course,but it has not perfect teaching mode,in the initial stage of the implementation process,there will be classroom chaos,students lack of autonomous learning ability and other phenomena,in the experiment there is a MOOC resources integration problems such as inadequate teaching effect has a significant impact.It is suggested that in the process of practice,teachers should combine theory with practice,select and make video class,arrange class time reasonably,ensure the organization and strictness of class,avoid the phenomenon of class alienation,and ensure the realization of teaching goal,after the improvement question carries on the popularization application.
