| Objective : The national standard dance has high requirements for lower lim-b strength.In recent years,KAATSU training(Blood Flow Restriction)has been developed in a lot of domestic and foreign sports,but there are few studies on KAATSU training in national standard dance.In order to explore the influence of KAATSU training on the lower limb strength of national standard dance stude-nts,this study explores the influence of KAATSU training on the lower limb str-ength of national standard dance students through experiments.Methods: Using the experimental method,20 students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(age : 18.95±0.95 years old;height :170.45±8.04cm;weight : 59.03±7.93 kg;training age : 3.80±1.60 years old;n = 10 /group),and they were subjected to 20%1RM KAATSU training,70%1RM traditional resistance training experiment,two groups of students were carried out for 8 weeks,three times a week of extracurricular weight-bearing squat,weight-bearing arrow squat and weight-bearing static squat training.The indicators of the subjects were collected before and after the experiment,and the measured data were analyzed by SPSS23.0 to compare the changes of the indicators before and after the experiment.Results: 1.There were significant differences in thigh circumference,lower limb muscle content,body fat,lower limb 1RM,standing long jump,Latin dance assessment,standard dance assessment and isokinetic muscle strength related tests in the experimental group(p < 0.05).2.There were significant differences in lower limb muscle content,body fat,lower limb 1RM,standing long jump and standard dance examination in the control group(p< 0.05).3.In the endurance ratio test,there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in the left and right flexors(p <0.05),and there was no significant difference in any other indexes.(p >0.05).Conclusion:1.KAATSU training can improve the maximum strength,fast strength and strength endurance of the lower limbs of the national standard dance students,which can be used as a training method to improve the lower limb strength of the national standard dance students.2.Compared with traditional resistance training,KAATSU training can significantly improve the endurance of knee flexors,promote students ’ special strength,make them better complete the competition,and help students ’ competition ability.3.In this experimental training mode,there is no significant difference between the KAATSU training and the traditional resistance training on the students of the national standard dance except the endurance ratio index,but the KAATSU training can highlight certain advantages,that is,compared with the traditional training with high load,the low load KAATSU training also has a good training effect on the improvement of muscle strength. |
