Research purposes: the contents and forms of the Latin dance because of its abundant types of dance and its unique fitness value since entering elementary school campus,popular with more and more primary school students.Primary school students are at a crucial stage in the development of physical fitness.Physical activity is the most advantageous factor for promoting physical development and strengthening of the body.Latin dance in the lower limb muscle strength training in daily training for primary school students is indispensable,prominent lower limb muscle strength is one of the important conditions of Latin dance training.Muscle strength,muscle strength,and muscle endurance are important for physical training in the lower limb muscles.It will directly relate to the movement speed of the dancer and become a key factor in keeping the rhythm of dancing.Under this background,the comprehensive development,to improve the students physical quality of Latin dance training in upper limb training at the same time should pay attention to the coordinated development of lower limb muscle strength.Methods: this paper mainly used the experimental method to select 24 female students from Beijing hui longguan primary school,and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.Control group in 12 normal subjects for physical education curriculum and extracurricular activity curriculum,experimental group 12 normal subjects participate in physical education curriculum,the implementation of 12 weeks of Latin dance training in extracurricular activities time,give priority to with the cowboy dance leg ministry training for primary lower limb muscle strength impact experiment research,compare the result of the experiment,studies the following conclusions:1.There was no significant change in BMI between the control group and the experimental group.The control group and the experimental group showed improvement in skeletal muscle,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.The control group had an increase in fat content and decreased fat content in the experimental group.2.In the test of muscle strength in the lower extremity,the test group showed a significant difference in test data before and after the longitudinal jump test.There was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in the vertical jump test.In the test of muscle endurance,there was a significant difference in the average number of circles in the control group and the experimental group.In the middle and the control group,the average circle was increased,but there was no significant difference in the two sets of data;With the continuous increase of power,high-end power group average pedal bike laps after 30 s basic remain unchanged,while the control group,the average number of turns to reduce Latin dance training for primary lower limb muscle power and endurance has a certain role in promoting.
