Strength is the source that supports human activities,and leg strength is the root.Sports dance is a project led by leg strength.In this sport,athletes' daily training for lower limb strength is essential,especially the outstanding lower limb muscle strength is one of the important abilities that an excellent dancer should have,because it is directly related to the good of his own skills Bad."Vibration training",as a new type of strength training method,is specifically referred to the Latin dance students' lower limb strength training,and its effects are experimentally explored.The purpose of this study is to use "vibration training" as a training method to explore its related effects on the muscle strength of the lower limbs of Latin dance students through scientific and rigorous experimental methods and related experimental theories.In this study,undergraduate students majoring in dance performance majoring in dance performances in Chengdu Institute of Physical Education in 2019 were used as experimental objects.30 students were randomly selected to participate in the experiment and divided into 3 groups(30Hz group,45 Hz group,and control group),each with 10,Conducted a 9-week vibration stimulation experiment,performed isokinetic muscle strength test and balance ability test before and after the experiment,compared and analyzed the changes of various indicators of the three groups of students before and after the experiment,and reached the relevant conclusions as follows:(1)Vibration training can significantly improve the maximum strength of the lower limbs of Latin dance students.In the centripetal exercise mode,a comparison is made between the 30 Hz group and the 45 Hz group.In the index of the knee muscle group peak torque,the effect of the 45 Hz group after training is significantly better than that of the 30 Hz group,indicating that at the 45 Hz vibration frequency It is more effective to increase the average value of the students' lower limb maximum strength.(2)Vibration training can effectively improve the function of lower limb muscles of Latin dance students.In the index of the average power of the knee muscles of the three groups of students,the performance of the 30 Hz group and the 45 Hz group were improved,and the performance of the 45 Hz group was higher than that of the 30 Hz group.The effect is better than the 30 Hz group.(3)Vibration training can significantly improve the balance ability of Latin dance students.The three groups of students passed the Y-axis balance test.The balance ability of the 30 Hz group and the 45 Hz group was improved after the experiment,and the index performance of the 45 Hz group was better than the 30 Hz group.It can be seen that the training can be better under the 45 Hz vibration frequency Improve and enhance students' ability to balance.
