In recent years,the popularity of the Chinese has led to more and more volunteers of Chinese teachers being sent to all over the world to meet the needs of people around the world.As a relatively excellent group,they often receive the attention of various institutions before leaving China.Will they face adjustment problems when they return to their home countries?How do they deal with it? What factors influence them? At present,this kind of research is still lacking at home and abroad.As a culture disseminator and a bridge,those volunteers haven’t accepted enough attention and social support.For the sake of investigating their inadaptation after returning China,this paper surveys their capability in environment aspect,culture aspect and emotion aspect,in venture of Multidimensional Theory created by Berry and environment adaptation investigation.First of all,this paper investigated 185 volunteers of returned Chinese teachers.In addition,several volunteers conveyed their inner thoughts.At last,this paper took advantage of various data statistics tools,like Excel,SPSS and so on.After our research,we find those volunteers receive a well adaptation ability in three dimensions,but there still exists small difference,such as culture adaptation ability ranks first,environment adaptation ability ranks second,and emotion adaptation ability ranks last.This paper also seeks those effect factors of affect volunteers returned adaptation abilities,which can be divided three types.For the first type including gender,age and the time of backing China,those factors merely affect volunteers’ one adaptation ability.For the second type including the psychological preparation before backing China,the content to domestic living style,the time for teaching affect three adaption ability.For the third type including the abroad time,education background,teaching countries,the state of backing China,social communication don’t affect their adaptation ability.In the end,some favorable suggestions was put forward from volunteers,colleges and societies.
