The SPOC teaching model is a product of the integration of MOOC and traditional classroom teaching.While combining the advantages of online courses in the information age,its teaching philosophy is also an optimization and innovation of the previous general teaching model.At present,there are still problems in online intermediate Chinese oral teaching in China,such as a lack of effective integration of teaching resources,knowledge transfer exceeding communication and cooperation,limited classroom management,and outdated teaching management and evaluation methods.However,the SPOC model has advantages such as “ strengthening self-learning awareness,enriching teaching content and forms,and providing timely and effective teaching feedback”.Therefore,the thesis attempts to optimize,practice and analyze the application scheme of SPOC mode in the field of oral Chinese teaching of international Chinese education on the basis of previous research,taking cooperative learning theory,humanistic learning theory and constructivist learning theory as guiding principles,and taking “online intermediate oral Chinese course for Vietnamese students” as a case study,Applying the SPOC model to the three teaching stages of “classroom teaching”,“after-school practice”,and “evaluation feedback”,implementing specific teaching designs and conducting practice and reflection,aiming to analyze the advantages or disadvantages of applying SPOC to each stage of the intermediate Chinese speaking course,and whether this model can be promoted in online intermediate Chinese speaking teaching.The introduction section states the reason for the topic selection and research purpose,introduces the meaning,process,and development of the SPOC model,as well as relevant research at home and abroad.It also defines some related concepts involved in the paper,and summarizes the research ideas and methods of the paper.In terms of specific research content,firstly,the paper designs the teaching of the seventh lesson“Joking about Chinese People” in “Boya Chinese· Intermediate Sprint Part I”.The course content is divided into two parts: “online self-learning”and “ online live streaming course ”,and analyzes and evaluates the teaching effectiveness of the course under the SPOC mode and whether the application of the mode has played its advantages.The final conclusion is that under SPOC mode,learners’ awareness of autonomous learning and classroom participation are effectively improved,homework completion is high,and the automatic grading function also effectively saves teachers ’ time.Secondly,in terms of after-school exercises,the paper designs,applies,and analyzes and reflects on the SPOC model’s after-school exercises from three parts: “ Vietnamese learners ’ acquisition errors,consolidation of classroom learning content,and diversified expansion and extension”.The paper analyzed the impact of four types of practice forms on students’ learning outcomes,and found that the integration of SPOC mode enriches the practice forms and improves the practice effectiveness to a certain extent.However,in terms of design,students’ needs and abilities should be taken into account to achieve moderate difficulty in the questions and improve the effectiveness of online practice.Finally,in terms of the curriculum evaluation system,the paper constructs a teaching evaluation system that focuses on “process based evaluation,supplemented by diagnostic and summary evaluation ”,aiming to pay attention to students ’ learning process and growth in a diversified and multi-dimensional way,thus forming an organic closed-loop of teaching evaluation and feedback guidance for teaching reflection.Research has found that timely and effective evaluation and feedback information facilitate teachers to grasp the entire learning process of students,make teaching objectives clearer,avoid the separation of teaching and evaluation content,and have a certain positive effect on improving teaching plans,adjusting learning strategies for students,and organizing and managing classroom time allocation.The conclusion summarizes and proposes the innovation and shortcomings of the research.
