Research On The Development Of Sichuan Tea Culture Teaching Material For International Chinese Education

Accompanied by the rich cultural content and increasing cultural inclusiveness in recent years,Sichuan has attracted a large number of international students to study in Sichuan.Meanwhile,universities qualified to recruit international students in Sichuan have also set up courses related to Sichuan regional culture in order to strengthen their Chinese knowledge and improve their cross-cultural communication ability.However,as these courses have the problem of scattered teaching content and no supporting textbooks,affecting the overall learning effect of international students.As one of the cultures rooted in the daily life of Sichuan people,Sichuan tea culture occupies a relatively important position in the regional culture of Sichuan.Meanwhile,Sichuan tea culture has an independent cultural system with "tea,literature,ancient road,etiquette,tea art,tea house,tea ceremony" as the basic elements.While highlighting its own cultural uniqueness,Sichuan tea culture is interrelated with other regional cultures of Sichuan.Therefore,this paper chooses Sichuan tea culture as the content,and studies how to compile Sichuan tea culture teaching materials suitable for overseas students to study in Sichuan.First of all,questionnaires were distributed and field investigations were carried out in universities with international student enrollment qualifications in Sichuan,found that more than 80% of the foreign students to Sichuan for Sichuan tea culture is very interested in,and they hope through the study of Sichuan tea culture teaching materials to increase the interest for Sichuan regional culture,to raise their Chinese level.Second,through to the Sichuan has the qualifications of students enrollment in colleges and universities of field investigation,to understand the use of sichuan students didn’t come over for Sichuan tea culture teaching materials,and the learning way of Sichuan tea culture with students to Sichuan teachers oral and written presentation of two kinds,but the two way due to the lack of specific teaching material support,As a result,students can not systematically learn Sichuan tea culture,nor can they effectively connect with the knowledge of Chinese vocabulary and language points when learning Sichuan tea culture.Therefore,it is very helpful for international students to compile suitable textbooks of Sichuan tea culture for them to learn knowledge of Sichuan tea culture,consolidate knowledge of Chinese vocabulary and language points,and increase their interest in Sichuan regional culture.Based on this,this paper takes the students in Sichuan with intermediate Chinese level as the writing object,and designs the Sichuan tea culture textbook for international Chinese education,A New Way To Learn Sichuan Tea Culture,which contains five chapters,such as "Introduction to Sichuan Tea","Chengdu Teahouse","Sichuan Covered Tea","The Ancient Tea-Horse Road and the Belt and Road",and "Sichuan Tea Culture Tourism".At the same time in the fourth chapter "The Ancient Tea-Horse Road and the Belt and Road" all the way and area of the first lesson "The Ancient Tea-Horse Road " as an example for the design of the teaching material sample,and according to the international education Sichuan tea culture in Chinese teaching materials culture practice,designed to "Ba-shu Tea Rhyme" as the theme of the Sichuan tea culture activities,designed to give students experience through cultural practice of Sichuan tea culture characteristics,to improve cross-cultural communication ability and Chinese language application.Finally,communicate with 6 teachers and students of Literature and Art School of Southwest University of Science and Technology through interviews,we have learned their overall views on the international Chinese education textbook of Sichuan tea culture,A New Way To Learn Sichuan Tea Culture.Based on the feedback,we have put forward some suggestions on adjusting the overall length of the textbook,compiling supplementary teaching materials related to Sichuan tea culture,and enriching the information application of the textbook.
