With the advent of the post-epidemic era and the continuous updating and iteration of educational technology,online teaching has become a normal teaching means.This trend has led to changes in classroom teaching and classroom organization and management,which has had an impact on the cognition of pre-service international Chinese teachers.Under the background of Internet,international Chinese teaching is facing new challenges of teaching technology integration and innovation,which brings a series of online teaching anxiety to teachers.Online teaching anxiety refers to teachers’ emotional states such as tension,fear and anxiety caused by uncertain situations during the preparation and implementation of online classroom teaching.Excessive online teaching anxiety will lead to teachers’ job burnout and reduced teaching effect.Therefore,online teaching anxiety is an important factor affecting the quality of teachers’ online teaching,as well as their mental health.The literature review shows that teaching practice training is an essential growth stage in the process of pre-service teacher training,and also an effective means to relieve the online teaching anxiety of pre-service teachers.In the process of online teaching,pre-service teachers generally encounter problems in teaching design,teaching organization and management,learning evaluation and feedback,which have become the main sources of teachers’ anxiety in online teaching.At present,most researches on teaching anxiety in the academic circle are discussed from the perspective of the source of teaching anxiety,while there are few researches on the strategies to alleviate the online teaching anxiety of pre-service teachers.Therefore,this paper takes teaching practice training as the starting point to explore and solve the following three research questions:(1)What is the overall level of online teaching anxiety of pre-service international Chinese teachers?(2)What are the main aspects of the effect of teaching practice training on relieving the online teaching anxiety of pre-service international Chinese teachers?(3)From the perspective of training,how to design teaching practice training to better alleviate the online teaching anxiety of pre-service international Chinese teachers?This paper adopts the research methods of interview and questionnaire,and designs two questionnaires based on the newly issued International Standards for Professional Competence of Chinese Teachers in 2022.The pre-test questionnaire comprehensively evaluated the level of online teaching anxiety of pre-service international Chinese teachers.The post-test questionnaire further explored the online teaching anxiety of pre-service international Chinese teachers,and examined the correlation of teaching practice training to alleviate this anxiety.On the basis of quantitative research,qualitative analysis was carried out to conduct in-depth interviews with 5 pre-service international Chinese teachers.Based on the questionnaire and interview results,feasible suggestions were provided for the future development of pre-service international Chinese teachers in order to optimize the teaching practice training model of international Chinese education.The study found that online teaching anxiety is common among pre-service international Chinese teachers.To solve this problem,teaching practice training provides strategies to alleviate online teaching anxiety,including teaching design,teaching organization and management,learning evaluation and feedback.The questionnaire survey and interview comprehensively expounded the problem of online teaching anxiety from both horizontal and vertical aspects,proposed strategies to reduce teaching anxiety from three dimensions respectively from the perspective of teaching practice training,and broke through the limitation of time span vertically,followed up the research of pre-service international Chinese teachers and their training programs in colleges and universities.Through semi-structured interview analysis,this study puts forward suggestions on how to relieve the online teaching anxiety of pre-service international Chinese teachers through teaching practice training from three aspects.Firstly,attach importance to the early stage guidance of online teaching practice training: 1.Strengthen basic professional knowledge and improve the skills and qualities of pre-service teachers;2.Establish a social support system to reduce the adverse effects of teaching anxiety;3.Update the information teaching equipment and strengthen the popularization of intelligent technology;4.Build a harmonious teaching ecology and improve online teaching efficacy;5.Optimize the online teaching mode to meet the teaching needs of pre-service teachers;6.Innovate information technology learning and promote professional development of pre-service teachers;Second,optimize the mid-term monitoring of online teaching practice training: 1.Improve the teacher guidance system and establish a dynamic tracking practice system;2.Build a learning teaching environment to realize the two-way interaction between teachers and students and peers;3.Strengthen online internship guarantee and establish personalized service system;Third,pay attention to the feedback of online teaching practice training: 1.Cultivate the global awareness of pre-service teachers and pay attention to the feedback of teaching practice;2.Improve the online teaching and training system and expand the ways for teachers to improve.
