| Through deep study and understanding of attachment theories and relevant theories,we combine attachment theories and community public cultural services.Through the interview and searching of Xinhua Road community public cultural services supply and exploring city community public cultural services supply and participating status,we found the function of listening strategies and cooperative production strategies in the community public cultural service supply.The attachment theories can provide operational strategies for the development of community public cultural services.It can find the key driving force which has an influence on resident joining community public cultural services and find existing limitations in community public cultural services.It provides new thoughts and basis on how to play the role of attachment strategies in practice for grassroots organizations.The attachment theories provide important theoretical support for researching community public cultural services supply and promoting healthy and sustained development of community public cultural services.The paper is based on the attachment theories of Michel Callon who is a French socialist,and it also focuses on the formation between supply and demand in community public cultural services and propose the strategies of participation,explore a new perspective of strategies in community public cultural services.The paper in chapter one analyzes existing solutions and its imperfections in dealing with the imbalance between supply and demand of public cultural services in urban communities.It finds the existing project bases on an assumption,namely,the relationship of supply and demand of community public cultural services is“Government gives supply,residents have demands,both of them are in accordance with each other,and the relationship of supply and demand is formed”,but this contradicts the actual situation.Second,existing plans are in the hope of supply-side searching the residents’ demands and understanding resident’s demands previously.It contradicts the actual situation,too.It shows to us that the two above assumption of strategies deserves our reflection.Subsequently,in chapter two,I introduced attachment theories to avoid the shortcomings and problems of the above solutions,built the basic assumption of relationship between supply and demand in community public cultural services and changed the demand as the existing one originally.As a precondition of uncertainty,diversity and evolution of demand,combine with the actual operation of community public cultural services supply,regard demand and the participating action as continuously promoting result and establish the job achievement of community public cultural services all over again: propose and carry out the strategies which can promote participating actions.In chapter three,I explained the existing problems between the relationships of supply and demand in community public cultural services through cases to solve the problems of practical measures.The application field of attachment theories was mainly used in the market economy,which should exchange for public cultural services.According to the theories,I analyse the cases and describe the specialized process in the form of different public cultural service organizations and analyse the pros and cons of the cases.From the view of content,in public cultural services,the content should be made by the resident and they become organizers,planners,proposers and creative thinkers.From the view of form,the goal is to bring up them to create habits and consciousness of creating public cultural service content through making interpersonal relationship by the resident and communicating with each other face to face,using social and interpersonal relationships to drive residents to express their ideas.Therefore,in chapter four,the theoretical models of solving problems are structured on the basis of attachment theories.First of all,regard the alienation of product and service as preconditions in the process of different public cultural service organizations to conduct the process of alienation.Different actors have different expectations and demand in public cultural services and those actors take part in the creation,modification and perfection of content.Secondly,we should admit that participating action is made by the influences of different strategies and formed in the practical process continuously.Residents make use of social technology(material equipment and skills)to conduct public cultural activities,and create public culture in the process of using social technology.Lastly,for the purpose of creating demand,pay attention to the way and mechanism of creating demand.The enthusiasm of residents to participate is constantly mobilized through strategies such as cooperative production,social activities,and simplified process.Finally,combine the models and cases(chapter five),form new strategy of demand.Alienation is the core of strategies and it needs cooperation of multiple actors.Products and services are open,residents are admitted to create and adjust the content.Considering the residents as the important actors through communicating face to face and interviewing initiatively to build the relationship between residents and the supply-side;serving as a platform to make residents know each other and establish residents’ relationships.Last,create public space by using attachment strategies and provide instrument and platform to make residents become providers by utilizing social activities for cohesive forces of residents. |
