On Swimmers’ Moral Anomie In Public Swimming Pool

With the development of market economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,the fitness industry has developed rapidly,Swim become the primary choice for more and more people and thus the group of swimmers has been coming larger and larger.However,in the process of building socialist civilized society,part of the problem about swimmers’ moral anomie gradually emerged.This study based on a case analysis of swimmers’ urinating behavior in public swimming pool,adopt literature analysis method,case study method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical analysis method to conduct an empirical study about the moral behavior anomie of swimmers in public swimming pools.Aiming to analyze the reasons for the anomie of swimmers’ moral behavior by investigating the swimmers’ moral sensitivity and moral behavior,and put forward corresponding correction countermeasures to promote the improvement of swimmers’ public moral quality.The results are as follows:1.The moral anomie behaviors of swimmers in public swimming pools mainly include: ticket evasion,damage or theft of public property,brawling loud,neglect of relevant regulations,image anomie,"molestation" and disobeying lane order,etc.2.Tendency Moral Sensitivity as a quantitative study of moral values,it is of great significance to study the phenomenon of swimmers’ moral consciousness.The findings showed that swimmers’ dispositional moral sensitivity was at a high level overall.This reflects that swimmers can maintain a more rational and sober attitude in the situation of moral anomie,and can quickly transform moral cognition into moral emotion.3.Moral behavior is the product under the guidance of moral consciousness and moral norms.In the analysis of moral consciousness representation,it can be shown that when swimmers are the "offenders" of moral anomie behavior,from the perspective of moral cognition,most swimmers can have the most basic cognition of moral knowledge or moral judgment or moral reason,but most of those men are just only know but not do.From the perspective of moral emotion,most swimmers show numbness of moral sensitivity,weakening of moral shame,and lack of moral responsibility.From the perspective of moral will,swimmers cannot absolutely control their own selfish desires because of their selfish hedonism.In addition,the development of moral cognition of young swimmers is so early that the awareness of rules is not perfect.In the public swimming pool,as a "bystander" of moral misconduct,there is a serious lack of moral justice among the swimmers、conductors and so on.4.Attribution of swimmers’ moral anomie behavior from the internal and external environment.In terms of internal reasons,the main manifestations are that swimmers have inconsistent of knowledge and actions,insufficient moral sensitivity,fading sense of moral shame,weak sense of moral responsibility,weakening of moral will,and lack of moral justice.In terms of external reasons,It is manifested as: insufficient infrastructure of public swimming pools,"vacuum" of rules and regulations,weakening of pool management,weakening of public opinion,etc.Aiming at the problem of moral anomie of swimmers in public swimming pools,this study proposes corresponding corrective measures:(1)Build a public moral cognition system.First,carry forward the mainstream consciousness centered on socialist core values;second,carry forward the traditional Chinese culture of virtue and kindness;third,carry forward the etiquette of public swimming pools.In addition,attach importance to the power of moral education,starting from family education,school education,and social education,to achieve the effect of "three-pronged approach".(2)Improve the institutionalized system of public morality.Highlight the ethical concern of institutional guarantees,improve the content system of the system,and improve the operating mechanism of the system.(3)Consolidate the public moral supervision system.Improve the public moral supervision mechanism and strengthen the social supervision mechanism.(4)Strengthen the practice of moral education in swimming clubs.Encourage the establishment and expansion of swimming associations,attach importance to the moral education construction of swimming associations,and use collective strength to solve the moral dilemma of individual swimmers from the inside out.(5)Strengthen the standardized management of public swimming pools.Improve the facilities of the public swimming pool and provide humanized services;secondly,strictly manage the staff.
