The rapid development of internet technology not only changed the life habit ofpeople but also created new economic operation and transaction mode. C to C onlinetrading as one of the network shopping modes has been promoted by networkconsumers. That is because C to C online trading is convenient, competitive, diverseand personalized. However, there are risks to the consumers of C to C online trading.Although C to C online trading has its advantages, some time it is still anonymous,fictitious and uncertain. Therefore how to solve the moral anomie problems in C to Conline trading has become an important issue in the practical and theoretical researcharea. In the development of C to C e-commerce transactions, tangible technicalproblems are relatively easy to be solved. We only need to invest capital in it. Butmoral anomie problems are hard to be solved, because it is invisible and it can causemany adverse effects. If the C to C e-commerce transactions in China can producehuge economic benefit, the biggest bottleneck is the existence of the moral anomieproblems in C to C online trading activities.Aiming at the settlement of moral anomie problems in C2C online trading, theauthor take theory analysis and practice analysis on moral anomie of C to Ce-commerce transactions. First of all, the author introduces the connotation andcharacteristics of C to C e-commerce transactions, the emergence and thedevelopment of China’s C to C e-commerce transactions, and the differences betweenthe C to C e-commerce transactions and traditional shopping mode. Second, theauthor enumerates the moral anomie phenomena and the cause of such phenomena ofC to C e-commerce transactions. Such as the moral-lack of goods quality, thetrust-lack between buyers and sellers, the asymmetry of information, online malicioushype, fraud of payment, the logistics problems in C2C online shopping experience,the difficulty of the return of goods and so on. Third, this paper expounds the moralprinciple construction of C to C online trading.On the one hand, the author analyzesthe necessity and inevitability of the construction of C2C online moral system andethic-mechanism. In this part the author introduces the original meaning and moral principles of C to C e-commerce transactions. Such as mutually beneficial andharmless principle, the principle of good faith, the principle of informed consent, theprinciple of people-oriented. On the other hand, the author puts forwardcorresponding ethical countermeasures to the moral anomie phenomena. We shouldimprove the credit-mode and the credit system, construct normative trading platformand external cooperation system and enhance ethical education in C2C online trading.At last, the author take the website Taobao as an example to analyzes the practical Cto C online trading mode, Taobao’s business civilization and the buyer-seller tradingmoral, Taobao’s credit system, and it’s service principle.The development of any new things will not be smooth. There are still a lot ofinstitutional ethics flaw in C to C e-commerce transactions. Such flaw can only besolved by the efforts of consumers, government and the whole society. We shouldwork together to improve the moral regulations and legal laws of C to C onlinetrading and to avoid unnecessary risk of moral hazard.
