Research On The Moral Anomie Of Chinese Dancesport Judges' Impromptness In Judging

As a sports item of difficult beauty in competition,the strong subjectivity of judging and the high degree of freedom of judging lead to the moral anomie of judging on the spot,which affects the healthy development of sports dance competition.Therefore,the research focuses on the moral anomie of the referee's on-the-spot decision in domestic danceshopping,aiming to clarify the characteristics of the referee's moral anomie by discussing the structure of the referee's moral anomie,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to standardize the moral anomie of the referee's on-the-spot decision in China.This study is four continuous studies.Namely,the preparation of the questionnaire on moral anomie of Chinese sports dance judges' on-the-spot enforcement,the dimensions of anomie behavior,the dimensions of anomie causes and the analysis of its characteristics:Study 1: a questionnaire entry pool of anomie behaviors and anomie causes was formed through literature,open questionnaires and expert opinions.The items were modified and improved through project screening and expert evaluation,and the "initial questionnaire for moral anomie of China's sports dance judges on the spot" was compiled.Research 2 and 3 respectively determine the dimensions of moral anomie behavior and anomie cause of Chinese dancesort judges' on-the-scene decision by using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis through the initial questionnaire of anomie behavior and anomie cause.Study four through three studies clarify the questionnaire before our country sports dance referees on-the-spot moral anomie problems of cutting characteristics,with different gender,age,education,occupation,dance movement experience,additional qualifications and reasons for a referee to face a moral anomie of cutting behavior of cognitive characteristics differences were analyzed,and put forward standard our country sports dance judge the effective countermeasures to face a moral anomie of cutting.The research conclusions are as follows:First,the moral anomie of China's sports dance judges on the spot is composed of anomie and anomie causes,in which anomie is composed of favoritism and group bonding,and anomie causes are composed of personal interests,human relations and institutional issues.Second,there is a significant gender difference in the reasons for the moral misconduct of the referee in the scene of the sports dance in China.Men,more than women,believe that personal interests and human relations are the main reasons for the moral misconduct of the referee in the scene.Third,there is no age difference in the moral anomie of China's sports dance judges on the scene.However,the more experienced the judges are,the more they think that the anomie is mainly reflected in the favoritism,and the anomie is mainly caused by human relationship.Fourth,there is no significant difference in educational background between Chinese sports dance judges' moral anomie on the spot.Fifthly,the reason for the moral anomie of Chinese dancesport judges is only in the systemThere is a significant difference in occupations.Compared with other occupations,undergraduates(junior college students)with professional dance colleges and universities with judges' certificates think that the main reason for the misconduct of judges' on-the-spot judgment is the system problem.Sixth,there is a significant difference in the experience of dance movement in the factors of favoritism in Chinese sports dance judges' improprieties.On the whole,the longer the period of dance learning,the more judges think that the main manifestation of moral anomie is favoritism.
