| Public figures, the group that are widely known by the public. Whatever they do and no matter what they say, almost everything about them will attract extensive attention of media and the public. The character image of public figures can show enormous practical significance, which plays a giant effect in fostering and practicing core socialist values and helping to maintain social stability and establishing the harmonious society. However, recently many immoral events occur frequently, including corruption of some government leadership, academic plagiarism of some experts and scholars, some movie stars are trapped in drunk driving and drug abuse, many products are made by famous industries are shoddily made, our internet suffering from vulgar hypes by immoral media, which push the public figures’ moral behaviors on the cusp of public attention. As a social phenomenon,there are many reasons account for the public figures’ moral anomie. Therefore, it is of vital importance to analyze the phenomenon and put forward some feasible solution.This paper focus on the theme of public figures’ moral anomie closely, then I will state in four parts. First part, introducing the situation about the moral anomie of public figures around the world and explaining the writing ideal. Second part, summarizing the public figures and moral disorder which I will introduce from the definition, classification, personality of public figures and meaning of moral disorder. Besides these, the fundamental features and dangers of moral disorder will be included. Third part, in order to analyze the current situation about public figures’ moral disorder and figure out the reason further, I will dig into from political circles, academic world,recreations and sports world, business circles, the network media world respectively. Finally,putting forward some reasonable solutions based on the excellent experience in improving the phenomenon of public figures’ moral anomie from abroad. |
