A Study On The Application Of Chinese Mythological Ancient Books In Children’s Picture Book "Travel Notes"

There are a vast number of ancient mythological books in China,among which the myths and legends that have been circulating for thousands of years have become the treasures of the Chinese nation,carrying the national spirit and national art,and have high artistic research value.This paper aims to explore the feasibility and advantages of the application of Chinese ancient book myths in children’s picture books by defining the concepts of myths and children’s picture books.Taking the author’s original picture book,The Travels of Relics,as an example,this paper explores some strange spirits and mythical allusions that are not known to the public.Through the processing of artistic design,it can be brought into the children’s vision and cultivate children’s love for history,culture and classical masterpieces from an early age.This paper mainly discusses the application of Chinese ancient books and myths in children’s picture books from four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the background of the topic and the research status at home and abroad,determines the research purpose and significance of this topic,and summarizes the main content and research methods of the research;The second part focuses on the analysis of the application value of Chinese ancient myths in children’s picture books,summarizes the relevant concepts,and explores the application advantages of Chinese ancient myths in children’s picture books with market research;The third part further discusses this topic with the creative practice of children’s picture book "The Travel Notes of the Found";The fourth part expounds the significance and prospect of the application of Chinese traditional myths to children’s picture books.
