| Cultural industry is the embodiment of the country’s "soft power",with the characteristics of low energy consumption and high production capacity.Strong penetration and spillover effects make the cultural industry play an important role in the optimization of industrial structure.With the close integration of cultural industry and scientific and technological information,it has also entered a period of rapid development,which has a far-reaching impact on the international political and economic pattern.Digital economy has brought momentum to the development of cultural industry,and culture has also become an important scene for the implementation of digital technology.Therefore,it has become an important topic to explore how digital economy can help the export of cultural industry and enhance national competitiveness.In this context,this paper creatively compares and analyzes the export competitiveness of cultural industry from the four subdivisions of digital economy.Firstly,the research scope of cultural industry is determined after international comparison.This paper makes an international comparative analysis through the development status of digital economy and the status of cultural export,and then explores the theoretical influence mechanism between them,which leads to the research hypothesis of this paper.Based on one belt,one road is established.The paper selects panel data from country level for 2016-2019 years,and establishes a fixed effect regression model to analyze whether digital economy affects cultural industry exports,cultural distance,"one belt road initiative",digital payment and other factors.At the same time,it further analyzes the heterogeneity according to the different development emphases of digital economy.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)on the whole,the improvement of national digital economy will be conducive to the enhancement of the export competitiveness of the country’s cultural industry;Among them,the promotion of digital innovation and digital industry will more easily have an effective positive impact on the export competitiveness of cultural industry,while digital facilities and digital governance cannot effectively improve the export competitiveness of domestic cultural industry in the short term.(2)Digital economy promotes the improvement of its international competitiveness by restraining cultural distance and restricting the export of cultural industries,and its effect is more obvious in digital innovation,facilities and governance.Meanwhile,one belt,one road,and the other countries have found that international cooperation will also strengthen the positive impact of digital economy on the export of cultural industries.(3)On the other hand,the role of digital economy in the export of a country’s cultural industry is also affected by intermediary effects such as digital payment.The development of digital economy improves the utilization rate of digital payment in the country through digital technology and digital platform,promotes the consumption demand of international consumers,and promotes the export competitiveness of domestic cultural industries.Finally,according to the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the export competitiveness of China’s cultural industry under the background of digital economy from the perspectives of international cultural exchange,digital legislation and the construction of cultural trade platform. |
