In nowadays society,the competitiveness among countries is the competitiveness of economy,and culture.The export competitiveness of cultural industries,as a combination of the soft power of national culture and the hard power of economy,attracts more and more attention of countries,and becomes an important aspect of national comprehensive strength.Since the accession to the WTO at the beginning of the 21st century,China has been actively engaged in the international trade of cultural industries.The export of cultural products is growing at a very rapid rate.China has become the largest country in the world's export of cultural products.However,due to various factors,China has become a major but not strong exporter of cultural products.The imbalance of the export structure of cultural products,the imbalance between the export of tangible and intangible cultural services,the imbalance between the export volume and the export quality,and the overall policy of the Chinese cultural industry and the improvement of the industry environment,All of which seriously affect the development of China's cultural industry,thus affecting China's international competitiveness.In this paper,by analyzing the export status of Chinese cultural industry,and by calculating the International Market Share,Trade Competitive Advantage Index,Revealed Comparative Advantage Index and the index of export rise advantage,carry out the export competitiveness of cultural products and cultural services This paper studies the factors that restrict the export competitiveness of Chinese cultural industry from the aspects of product quality content,industry environment and government policy.Through the international comparison,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the export competitiveness of Chinese cultural industry.Through the analysis of the status quo of Chinese cultural products export and the current situation of export competitiveness,it can be concluded that there is some export competitiveness in tangible cultural products,but the competitiveness of cultural services is weak and the export competitiveness of Chinese cultural products is not table,uneven.This paper studies the factors influencing the export competitiveness of Chinese cultural products from three aspects:product factors,industry factors and cultural discounts.It also analyzes the successful experiences of the United States,Japan,Korea and the United Kingdom in developing cultural products.Up,from the government and enterprises put forward a number of ways to improve the competitiveness of Chinese cultural products export countermeasures.
