This paper attempts to base on the Yuan Zaju text,to Yuan Zaju the Qu body structure in contains the narrativity to launch the research.As a type of literature and art narrated by song,the narration of Yuan Zaju is deeply regulated by the structure of song style and presents a unique appearance.Therefore,in order to understand the narrativity of Yuan Zaju,we must observe its the structure of song style and feel the narrative charm of Yuan Zazu in the structure of music style.Yuan Zaju is a kind of literary art narrated by music.Yuan Zaju contains a stable internal structure of the song,lyric factors are very obvious,in which the song is more mature than the narrative factors,in the performance of the story,Yuan Zaju is also relatively immature,is a kind of narrative art based on song.However,the basic function of Yuan Zaju is to tell stories,and the completion of the song depends on the big story situation.In terms of narrative arrangement,the narrative of Yuan Zaju is not linear advancement centered on plot,but has different narrative characteristics in different types of themes,among which the public case drama,including most of the historical and social dramas,contains obvious narrative characteristics of linear advancement.There is a clear need for lyric in love drama and fairy drama,the story line is only as a simple background,the narrative is not compact forward,but relying on lyric to start,in the emotional layers of rendering gradually promote the narrative.It can be seen that the narrative arrangement of Yuan Zaju is considered from the story itself,and a series of plots are perfunctory from the narrative needs,that is,the theme of the story,which can be plot,emotional and conceptual.Influenced by the structure of Qu,the narration of Yuan Zaju finally presents the lyric characteristic of narrating by Qu,Qu is good at exaggerating and expressing feelings,and the lyrics of Yuan Zaju are basically used to express the inner feelings of the characters,and emotions and plots interact in the framework of the structure of Qu,so Yuan Zazu presents the lyric characteristic of narrating by Qu.However,as a comprehensive art of performing stories by singing and dancing,there are both ontological narrative demands and narrative potential in its music structure.As a form of singing in Yuan Zaju,the system of one-man lead singer strictly limits the characters singing,resulting in the imbalance of the proportion of characters in the play,but the perspective limitation brought by the nature of endorsement body of Yuan Zaju one-man lead singer can just cause the imbalance of story information among characters,which is conducive to the construction of a series of misunderstandings,contradictions and conflicts.Make the story full of drama.In order to balance the narrative limitations caused by the one-man lead singer system,the playwright chooses different characters to act as the lead singer in different folds,that is,the lead singer’s role(Zhengdan or Zhengmo)can be played concurrently,through the singing of different story characters,the narrative breadth is continuously extended,and the personality of various characters can also be revealed.Because Qu is easy to express feelings,compared with traditional Chinese historical biographies and novels,the lyrics of the endorsement opera can better fit the personal feelings of the lead singer.The song of Yuan Zaju is not generally lyrical,but changes with the situation of events,at the same time,the strong emotional changes of the characters can also become the driving force of narrative,driving the behavior of the characters,and then affecting the development of the story.The main singer of Yuan Zaju plays the role of narrator while performing the story,often consciously or unconsciously assumes the responsibility of telling,narrating the virtual story environment and character actions to the audience on the stage,showing the state of narrating while performing,and even in the case of the separation of the protagonist and the lead singer’s role.Almost all the roles of the lead singer are narrating the protagonists and main events to the audience outside the main line of the story,and telling stories is a very important form of performance in Yuan Zaju.The system of Qupai Liantao is an important carrier framework of the story of Yuan Zaju,although Qupai Liantao is influenced by Zhu Gong Diao,singing and earning,and is very strict in the selection and organization of Qupae.After all,it is a form of expressing the story,and there are still elements of compromise to the narrative in it.The so-called five palaces and four tunes in Yuan Zaju represent different types of voice and emotion,which can lay the corresponding keynote for the different directions and stages of the development of Yuan Zaju stories,and to a certain extent,achieve the effect of unification of music,emotion and events.The story of the performance of the Yuan Dynasty drama from social life,the characters are rich and complex contradictions,only a palace to the end of theQupai joint set can not meet the actual needs,in order to produce a balance between music and drama,playwrights in the creative process will break through the set of divertimento structure,through the joint set,by the palace,lining words to make divertimento structure more convenient for narration.So as to make the narrative more natural.As a comprehensive art,Yuan Zaju has not only the function of lyric,but also the function of lyric in the narrative process,which is closely related to the story process with the normal repetition of lyric and white,even replacing white with lyric,directly forming dialogue,constituting the plot itself and becoming a strong lyric.The system of a book with four folds regulates the narrative volume of Yuan Zaju,and the whole story of Yuan Zaju must be completed in four folds or a wedge,so it is very difficult to complete the narrative of stories containing many characters with such limited capacity.Therefore,as far as one book is concerned,Yuan Zaju only narrates a story theme,as far as one fold is concerned,the playwright will choose an angle and fragment pointing to the story theme,with the four units unfolding one after another,the story of Yuan Zaju gradually becomes complete and rich,four points and one line and one line to the end,realizing the short volume and concentrated and distinct narrative effect of Yuan Zazu.Yuan Zaju uses theme to guide the penetration and integration of four folds,and often uses pre-narrative techniques to ambush and coordinate,so as to enhance the compactness and drama of narrative.
