Research On The Path Of Constructing Rural Public Cultural Space From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalizatio

At the fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,we must always place agriculture,rural areas and farmers at an important position in the party’s work,fully implement the rural vitalization strategy,accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and effectively link poverty alleviation with rural vitalization.As the soul and key link of rural revitalization,cultural revitalization plays an indispensable role in solving the increasingly severe predicament of "cultural impoverishment" in rural areas.Rural public cultural space,as an important carrier and external manifestation of rural cultural revitalization,plays a very important role in enriching villagers’ spiritual and cultural life and promoting the transformation and upgrading of rural traditional cultural activities.Taking Caijiagou Village in Zhucheng City as an example,this study comprehensively uses case analysis method,field investigation method,grounded theory and literature research method to explore the construction path of the village’s public cultural space based on spatial production theory,cooperative governance theory and scene theory.Through field research,it is found that the specific practice of Caijiagou Village is mainly to construct rural public cultural space through art implantation in the countryside and the participation of multiple subjects.The practice of the village has achieved remarkable results in politics,economy,culture and ecology,and promoted the local cultural revitalization and rural revitalization.In the process of the construction of public cultural space in Caijiagou Village,the government,as the leading force of the construction of rural public cultural space,provides necessary funds and human resources support for rural development.As the endogenous force of constructing rural public cultural space,the diverse cultural demands of villagers affect the content and form of rural public cultural space.As the key external force in the construction of rural public cultural space,resident artists provide basic professional support and unique artistic perspective for rural development.Caijiagou Village some results were obtained in the practice of the construction of public cultural space in the at the same time,also faces some realistic predicament:villages and rural public cultural service system is not sound,lack of internal resources,rural public cultural space utilization rate is low and the body of the construction of rural public cultural space is unitary.With the help of grounded theory,this study analyzes the causes of the realistic dilemma Caijiagou Village is facing.The author finds that factors from consciousness level,system level,mechanism level and social environment level have an impact on the construction process of Caijiagou village public cultural space.In order to realize the revitalization of rural culture and the overall revitalization of rural areas,this paper puts forward three optimization paths: activating the endogenous impetus and external vitality of rural cultural revitalization,strengthening the government’s understanding of the importance of rural cultural construction,and perfecting the guarantee mechanism of rural cultural revitalization centering on government leadership.
