The Study On The Construction Of Rural Public Cultural Space

Culture is the soul that helps realize rural revitalization,and space is an important carrier of rural culture prosperity and development.Rural public cultural space is a collection of specific regional culture and village custom created by rural residents in the regional space of production and living for a long time.It carries the specific memory and emotion of rural residents,and is of great significance to guide,regulate and maintain the production and living of rural residents,the code of conduct and moral standards of rural society and the stability and unity of rural communities.A good rural public cultural space can help revitalize the excellent traditional cultural resources in rural areas,enrich the spiritual and cultural life of rural residents,meet the spiritual and cultural needs of rural residents,and thus improve the development level of village culture and promote the revitalization of rural culture.This article investigates the present situation of the construction of rural public cultural space,analyzes the development dilemma it faces and the cause,puts forward the feasible optimization countermeasures,thus provides the thinking for our country rural culture revitalization,has a certain practical significance and the theoretical value.Based on the theory of spatial production,this study takes three villages with different degrees of cultural construction as the investigation objects,and makes an in-depth analysis of the general deficiencies and individual problems in the current development of public cultural space in rural areas.This paper investigates and analyzes the current construction of rural public cultural space from three dimensions:physical space,activity space and mechanism space.It is found that the difficulties in the construction of rural public cultural space are as follows:in terms of physical space,the layout of geographical location is not reasonable,the equipment and facilities are not perfect,and the cultural functions are not effectively played;In terms of activity space,the main body of cultural activities is missing and the cultural connotation of activities is insufficient.In terms of mechanism space,the management system of cultural regulations is not perfect and the binding force is insufficient.The main causes of the difficulties in the construction and development of rural public cultural space include:the "top-down" form of cultural supply of government departments ignores the cultural needs of villagers,the value of cultural activities is weak,and the construction of multi-party guarantee mechanism needs to be improved.Based on the above investigation and analysis,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures for the construction of rural public cultural space.In terms of physical space,villagers’ needs should be the primary construction standard:rational planning of spatial layout and improvement of spatial infrastructure;In terms of activity space,it enriches the connotation of rural public cultural activities:taking root in local culture,creating characteristic cultural space,combining real life and integrating the development trend of The Times;In terms of mechanism space,the multi-party supporting guarantee mechanism should be improved:smooth the villagers’demand expression mechanism,perfect the talent guarantee mechanism,perfect the fund guarantee mechanism,and strengthen the regulation and management mechanism of public cultural space.
