Research On The Core Competitiveness Of Performing Arts Troupes Based On Entrepreneurshi

Performing arts institutions and troupes are an important part of China’s performing arts career and cultural development.With the change of times,social development and multicultural impact,building core of competitiveness has become an inherent requirement for the development of performing arts institutions and troupes,or an inevitable requirement to conform to the law of social,economic and cultural development.At present,there are some problems in the development of performing arts academies and troupes,such as insufficient artistic product quality and innovation ability,disconnection between management system and external social development environment,lack of marketing concept and marketing means,etc.Entrepreneurs can exert positive influence on the management decisions of organizations by adjusting their individual behaviors.Entrepreneurship can optimize the internal environment of the organization,ensure the organizational innovation environment of art production,stabilize the market demand environment,and maintain the persistence of the organizational environment through the embedding of responsibility spirit,innovation ability and opportunity ability.This paper first summarizes the hierarchical structure of core competitiveness of performing arts institutions and groups,and excavates its constituent elements from three aspects: support layer,core layer and performance layer.Secondly,entrepreneurship is introduced into the construction of core competitiveness of performing arts academy groups for analysis and research,trying to explore the mechanism of entrepreneurship embedding in performing arts academy groups and its impact on the construction of core competitiveness.Moreover,it is proposed that the spirit of responsibility of entrepreneurs can implant individual values and codes of conduct into the organization through advocacy and reinforcement,and form a distinctive and strong organizational culture through the recognition of organization members.The innovation ability of entrepreneurs enables colleges and groups to independently decide the use and allocation of resources within the organization.Such an ideal production environment can stimulate the endogenous power of the organization and form the core competitiveness.The organization can promote the improvement of management competitiveness and product competitiveness through innovation of system,product content and form.The opportunity ability of entrepreneurs can promote the formation of predictable market environment,reduce the market risk of the organization,and can establish a mutual trust and interactive relationship with the audience,and promote the improvement of brand competitiveness and marketing competitiveness.Finally,based on the spirit of responsibility,innovation ability and opportunity ability,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to build the core competitiveness of the academy and troupe,in order to provide some new ideas for the research and development of performing arts academy and troupe in China from the theoretical level.
