| As far as Jiangsu is concerned,the private theatrical troupes are an important part of the performing arts and cultural development in the province.This paper argues that the private performance group in Jiangsu province is faced with many development opportunities,the province provides good resources at the same time,the province of the group in the middle level in the domestic similar art troupe,and near the provincial counterparts performing arts groups development in contrast,for many years the indexes as the bottom level,private performance group the Jiangsu Province in the development dilemma,and the economic development in market competition situation does not match.This paper attempts to the concept of market competitiveness in the field of economics into the research on private performing arts groups,statistical data analysis,the core elements of the market competitiveness of the comparison on the development status of private art performing groups in Jiangsu province and based on the various regions of the country.The Performing Arts ecology theory into analysis of the development of the private performing arts groups in the past,from the social environment and the internal ecological elements outside the industry the two part of the in-depth discussion,and proposes that the favorable external environment is the potential opportunities of private art performing groups in Jiangsu province to enhance the market competitiveness,but there are many problems in the internal operation it obviously hinders the group development,only in the internal operations will improve,potential external opportunities to play into the strategic advantages of real-time,can provide the premise to obtain competitive advantage in the market,so this paper in view of the internal operation of private art performing groups in Jiangsu Province,puts forward the corresponding countermeasure,expect to recognize groups in pay more attention to the cultivation and development of their own the market competitiveness of the external opportunities and internal operation under the condition of insufficient. |
