This paper uses a literature study, case study method and AHP. Access to information through the literature on the university’s core competitiveness, fully and correctly understand the ways and means of the core competitiveness of the colleges and universities of the art for the college to provide the right decisions and views.The increase specific examples of Shenyang Conservatory of Music and other institutions of higher learning, enhance the readability of the article and analysis of the authenticity of the elaborate my point of view. Regression analysis is an effective way to enhance the core competitiveness of art colleges and universities. Research work mainly includes two aspects:the theoretical part includes the definition of Core Competence of Colleges and connotation, attending release of the multi-angle, formation and evolution, evaluation system, competitive strategy, and the cultivation of programs; empirical part of the Shenyang Conservatory of Music and other typical college a comparative analysis demonstrated the theoretical part of the conclusions and discusses the art institutions of higher learning of specific measures to enhance their core competitiveness. Specifically, this paper includes the following five parts:The first part is an introduction. Core Competence of Colleges art background, purpose and meaning, summarize, sum up the art colleges and universities in the research status of the core competitiveness, given the contents of this paper, methods and technology roadmap;The second part talks about the basic theory of the Core Competence of Colleges. Starting from the definition of the core competitiveness, multi-angle reveals the meaning of the Core Competence of Colleges, analyzes the characteristics of Art Core Competence of Colleges; elements of the Core Competence of Colleges system, organizational structure adjustment and optimization and the relevance of the elements of the system; depicts the model of the Core Competence of Colleges and Core Competence of Colleges of nurturing the departure from the idea of the value chain management;The third part is the art colleges and universities in the analysis of the core competitiveness. The formation mechanism of the Core Competence of Colleges and formation process; reveals college core competitiveness of specific performance (the main evaluation or evaluation); analysis from the two aspects of the theory and practice of the Core Competence of Colleges Universities’ Core Competent force characteristics and the constituent elements. Proposed evaluation method of the core competitiveness of art college choice;The fourth part is the core competitiveness of art colleges and universities evaluate the empirical analysis.
