Research On The Core Competitiveness Of Chinese Philharmonic Orchestra

The core competitiveness of Symphony Orchestra entered the vision of foreign scholars in the 1990 s.With the continuous progress of China’s cultural system reform,the research on the core competitiveness of symphony orchestra has become a hot theoretical topic in domestic academic circles.With the official release of the national "14th five year plan" and the long-term goal outline for 2035,it is proposed to build a quality power.However,the increase in the number of symphony orchestras in China has not yet been translated into high-quality development,in the face of fierce market competition,the construction of core competitiveness has become the internal requirement of the development of domestic Symphony Orchestra.As a national orchestra,the formation and development of core competitiveness of China Philharmonic Orchestra plays a leading and enlightening role for domestic Symphony Orchestra.Based on the above background,this paper takes the core competitiveness of the Chinese Philharmonic Orchestra as the research object,summarizes the hierarchical structure of the core competitiveness of the Chinese Philharmonic Orchestra by combing the relevant research on the core competitiveness of symphony orchestras at home and abroad,and deeply excavates its constituent elements from the three aspects of the basic level,the core level and the performance level,focusing on the functional orientation of the orchestra,the works of art and performance Organization management and promotion ability are the key factors for the Chinese Philharmonic Orchestra to build its core competitiveness.It provides suggestions and Countermeasures for the orchestra to get rid of homogeneous competition,enhance its competitiveness,and promote the high-quality development of itself and the performance industry.It also provides theoretical and practical basis for the domestic Symphony Orchestra to build its core competitiveness.
