Research On The Effective Supply Of Public Cultural Services In The Immigrant Community Of M Street, Huishui Count

The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee proposed "building a modern public cultural service system".In this context,public cultural services have developed significantly.The community is formed by the residents of various local strata.The immigrant community is another new type of community different from the modern urban community and China’s traditional rural community.Its purpose is to move to the community formed by centralized resettlement sites under the guidance of our national policies in order to avoid disasters,reduce poverty or promote the construction of ecological environment protection.There may be some problems in the construction and management of the immigrant village community established after the relocation of new houses,such as the conflict of interests and concepts and the serious conflict of cultural customs.Therefore,in order to promote the residents of the immigrant community to quickly integrate into urban life,ensure the unity,stability and harmony of the people of all ethnic groups in the community,effectively improve the supply of public cultural services,enrich the spiritual life of the people,and strengthen the construction of public cultural services,it is of great significance to the people of the immigrant community.This paper takes the effective supply of public cultural services in M Street immigrant community in Huishui County,Guizhou Province as the research object.M Street immigrant community is a new type of immigrant community formed by the relocation of remote areas of various towns and townships in the county and areas where one side of the soil and water can not afford one person under the relocation policy of poverty alleviation during the period of poverty alleviation.Based on the above background,this paper uses the new public service theory,multi center governance theory,interview method and questionnaire survey method to investigate and study the theme of effective supply of community public cultural services.On the basis of combing,analyzing and discussing the research background and significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,as well as the concepts and related theories of immigrants and immigrant communities,public culture and public cultural service supply,Through the collation and analysis of literature,field research and questionnaire survey data,it is considered that the supply of public cultural services in M Street immigrant community has achieved positive results with the joint efforts of the community Party committee,the government and the people.To a certain extent,it can provide better public cultural services for the community people.At the same time,there are also problems such as weak awareness of public cultural services,single supply subject,backward infrastructure Public cultural service products lack of effective management,insufficient supply content,insufficient supply investment and other problems.At the same time,through investigation and analysis,it is considered that the above problems are mainly due to excessive emphasis on government supply,imperfect service system and mechanism,insufficient policy guarantee and lagging service team construction.To this end,it has put forward countermeasures and suggestions,including strengthening and improving the supply concept of public basic cultural goods and services for residents in resettlement communities,promoting the system matching and system of public basic project services and supply management,diversifying the structure of the demand and supply mechanism of public basic cultural goods and services for urban and rural residents in resettlement communities,and improving the overall quality of public basic cultural goods and services for the masses in grass-roots resettlement communities,In order to comprehensively improve the demand and effective supply of public basic cultural goods services in grass-roots immigrant communities.
