Research On The Supply Of Community Public Cultural Services In MAQIAOZI District Of DALIAN City

Nowadays,as the main area of people’s activities,community is becoming more and more important in people’s life,and the connection between people and community is becoming closer and closer.Community is the most basic social structure,and the construction of community public cultural services,as the "last kilometer" of the public cultural service system,is of great importance to enriching residents’ cultural life,improving residents’ quality,and building socialist culture.As the end organization of China’s administrative governance system,grass-roots community plays an important role.Therefore,it is worth studying how to face the citizens in the area and effectively perform the supply function of basic public cultural services.Taking Maqiaozi Street as the actual research object,this paper discusses the supply of public cultural services in grass-roots communities.Through questionnaire surveys and on-site interviews on the supply of public cultural services in the street,the evaluation and analysis of the supply effect are carried out,and the existing problems are explored,and the causes are analyzed.Based on the experience of other regions in China,the improvement of Maqiaozi Street is proposed.The relevant suggestions on the supply of community public cultural services can provide a certain policy reference for Maqiaozi Street to improve the basic public cultural service system and improve service efficiency at the supply-side level.This paper carefully sorts out and analyzes the supply of public cultural services in the community of Maqiaozi Street,and finds out the following problems: low enthusiasm of residents,weak facility construction,low information level,poor communication between supply and demand,poor service content,imbalance between supply and demand,etc.The main reasons for the problems include: weak government awareness of public cultural services,low participation rate of social forces,insufficient talent team building,insufficient capital investment,imperfect performance evaluation mechanism,imperfect demand expression mechanism,etc.In response to the above problems,this paper proposes the following relevant countermeasures to improve the supply of community public cultural services in Maqiaozi Street,in order to further improve the service level and improve the welfare of the people.First,correctly position the role of government in the supply of community public cultural services,while giving full play to the enterprises and cultural community organizations.The second is to improve the community public cultural service guarantee system,strengthen the construction of the talent team,and improve the funding mechanism.The third is to establish a demand expression mechanism and a scientific assessment mechanism.The fourth is to innovate the form and content of service,and focus on the creation of characteristic brand culture.
