| Folk culture runs through all aspects of people’s life.It is the stipulation and internal law of people’s language and behaviors,and reflects the living habits,values and ways of thinking of a nation or region.The introduction of folk culture into the classroom teaching of Chinese as a foreign language can increase the interest of classroom teaching,and also make international students have more understanding and recognition of Chinese folk customs,which in turn affects their cross-cultural communication behavior.However,at present,there are some problems in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language folk culture,such as too little folk culture content in language courses,scattered and insufficiently in-depth folk culture content in cultural courses.Therefore,the author takes the sachet culture with Chinese national characteristics as an example to make teaching design,exploring its application value in language courses and cultural courses.In the language course,combined with textbooks such as “Developing Chinese”,the teaching segments are designed in a way that the folk culture infiltrates the language points,and three teaching points of “homonym teaching”,“vocabulary interpretation” and “grammar drill” are mainly designed.In the cultural course,the sachet culture is used as a special module of folk culture for teaching design,which mainly includes five teaching themes of “festival culture”,“propitiousness culture”,“marriage and love culture”,“etiquette and customs culture” and “traditional Chinese medicine culture”.Finally,the author reflects on the sachet culture-themed teaching design,and then puts forward some suggestions on the application of folk culture in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The suggestions mainly include developing folk culture teaching materials,standardizing the curriculum of folk culture teaching,exploring diversified teaching modes,and improving teachers’ professional literacy,especially folk culture literacy.Through the research on sachet culture teaching,it is expected that the content of folk culture teaching in Chinese as a foreign language will be expanded,and the teaching practice of folk culture will be enlightened. |
