In the development of students’ mastery of various knowledge,junior high school is important in their life.Nowadays,many problems exist in middle school English classroom.If you want to ensure the quality of classroom teaching,perfect classroom teaching management is essential.In recent years,the classroom teaching management evaluation system has been systematic and scientific,and it has become a hot spot in the field of educational evaluation.As time goes,the original evaluation system is no longer suitable for the present classroom,which urges various countries to reform the educational goals in basic education and the corresponding evaluation system.In order to better adapt to the new requirements of the new curriculum standard for classroom teaching management,under the premise of the current research results,the core research problem of this paper is to build an operable and practical English classroom teaching management evaluation system for junior high school.This evaluation is comprehensive and objective for teaching organization management,teaching process management,teaching quality management and teaching summary management.Four research methods are used in this paper,including literature method,expert consultation method,questionnaire survey method and statistical method.This study consists of six parts: The first part is to define the core concepts of this research.The second part is the first draft of the evaluation system based on the literature research.After organizing the literature,I can obtain the draft of the evaluation system of junior high school English classroom teaching management.The third part is the construction of evaluation system based on the expert consultation.By issuing questionnaires to the experts,the experts were consulted on the evaluation system of junior high school English classroom teaching management,and modified according to the experts’ opinions.Finally,the evaluation system of junior high school English teaching management was obtained based on the consultation of experts.The fourth part is the analysis of evaluation system based on the teachers’ opinions.A questionnaire was issued to front-line teachers to solicit their important opinions on the evaluation system of junior high school English classroom teaching management,and the reliability and validity of the evaluation system was analyzed.The fifth part is the construction of the index weight of the evaluation system,using the expert ranking method to discuss the weight system for establishing the evaluation system of English teaching management in junior high school.The sixth part is the research on the practical application of the management evaluation system of English classroom teaching in junior high school,and tests the validity of the evaluation system.According to the above research,the main research conclusions of this research are put forward: In this research,the junior high school English classroom teaching management evaluation system includes four first-level indicators and fifteen second-level indicators;all indexes at all levels are important;the evaluation system has good reliability and validity;junior high school English teachers believe that the importance of each index of the evaluation system is high;the weight of each index has certain differences;applied research shows that the evaluation system is feasible and effective in practical applications.At the same time,the following suggestions are put forward: Strengthen the practical application of the management evaluation system of English classroom teaching in junior high schools;establish a special management evaluation agency for English classroom teaching in junior high schools;expand the scope of research and so on. |
