| In recent years,with the change of teaching situation,the traditional education management plan is no longer suitable for cultivating high-quality comprehensive talents,and the classroom teaching mode needs to be changed.Classroom teaching management is a subject of comprehensive management for various aspects of the classroom.It can manage the classroom environment,classroom relations and classroom discipline in an all-round way,create a good learning environment for students,build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,maintain a good class discipline,and at the same time,it can enhance students’ learning autonomy and cultivate students’ good quality of independent learning.The theory of classroom teaching management has been widely studied in recent years,which plays an active role in classroom teaching in primary schools,middle schools and universities.However,classroom teaching management has the characteristics of comprehensiveness and specialization.Due to the limited quality and quantity of teachers,and the low consistency between the existing examination system and classroom teaching management,there are many difficulties in the implementation of classroom teaching management.This paper starts from the research background of junior middle school English classroom teaching and carries out the research work under the guidance of relevant theories.Guizhou Province is a relatively poor province in China,and its teaching level is relatively low in most areas.This paper takes the current situation of English classroom teaching management of middle school a in Tongren City as the research object,collects information through questionnaire survey and interview,and conducts questionnaire survey and interview to two main bodies of classroom teaching management: teachers and students,to understand the implementation of classroom teaching management in this school The truth.This paper analyzes the situation of classroom teaching management in middle school a from three aspects: classroom discipline management,classroom relationship management and classroom environment management.It is found that there are some problems in the management of English classroom teaching in a middle school:(1)the classroom environment is monotonous and inflexible.(2)the rebellious psychology of adolescent students can not be reconciled in time,which affects the construction of classroom relationship.(3)the current assessment system of a middle school does not agree with the classroom management system.Combined with the results of the survey,the reasons for the above problems can be summarized as follows:(1)a middle school teachers and students have not yet realized the change of classroom concept,which is still relatively traditional.(2)students’ participation in classroom management is low,and they lack initiative in discipline management and relationship management.Therefore,this paper puts forward suggestions to improve the management of English classroom teaching in junior middle school:(1)carry out classroom environment management,and create English learning atmosphere in various ways.(2)manage the classroom relationship and establish a good relationship between teachers and students.(3)carry out the relationship of classroom discipline,improve the standard of discipline formulation,encourage students to participate in the formulation of classroom discipline,and improve students’ self-management awareness. |
