| In the current junior high school English teaching,teachers lack the concept of classroom management and the management skills are not mature enough.As a result,teachers invest a lot of energy in classroom management,but the effect is not significant,which affects classroom teaching.As the main body of the classroom,students also play an important role in classroom management.The new junior high school English curriculum reform focuses on the development of students’ personality and emotions,improves students’ enthusiasm for English learning and promotes their physical and mental health.However,in actual junior high school English classroom management,teachers ignore the subjectivity of students and fail to follow the concept of sustainable development in order to ensure the completion of teaching tasks.Good classroom management should be a mutually beneficial ecological community formed by the classroom environment,teachers and students.Educational ecology is a science that studies educational phenomena by using the principles of ecology.Its fundamental purpose is to reveal the development law of educational ecosystem and promote the healthy development of educational ecosystem.This study applies it to Chongqing X Middle School English classroom management,and mainly discusses the following three issues.1.What is the status quo of English classroom management in junior high school from the perspective of educational ecology?2.Is the management of junior high English classroom unbalanced? If so,what are the reasons?3.What is the practical ways to promote junior high school English classroom management from the perspective of educational ecology?This study,combined with specific subjects,presents the imbalance of English classroom management in junior high school through questionnaire,teacher interview,classroom observation and case analysis,such as the imbalance of classroom environment,classroom teaching,classroom subject relationship and classroom evaluation,and analyzes the main reasons for the imbalance of classroom management.Then according to the status quo and reasons,ecological classroom management strategies are proposed under the guidance of educational ecology principles,which mainly includes: the establishment of ecological classroom environment,effective classroom teaching model,equal and harmonious classroom subject relationship,and the use of multiple evaluation methods to construct ecological balanced classroom. |
