Clinical Observation On The Method Of Nourishing The Soil, Replenishing The Kidney And Regulating The Liver In The Treatment Of Recurrent Urinary Tract Infection (urinary Tract Infection

Purpose:To explore the clinical efficacy of Peituyi renal liver regulation method in the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection.Materials and methods: In a retrospective analysis,59 patients who met the nephronology outpatient or inpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects,classified according to the treatment method and labeled as treatment group and control group.Twenty-four cases in the control group were treated orally with antibiotics,while 35 cases in the treatment group,on top of the control group,were given the self-prepared Pei Tu Yi Kidney Liver Regulating Formula.The duration of treatment was two weeks,and the TCM symptom scores,laboratory indexes and total clinical treatment efficiency were observed and analyzed before and after treatment in both groups.A six-month follow-up was conducted to count the recurrence of urinary tract infection in patients within six months.All study data were analyzed and processed using the statistical software SPSS 26.0.Results:1.TCM symptom score: both groups showed different degrees of improvement after treatment,and compared with the control group,the treatment group improved more significantly(p< 0.01);the total effective rate of the treatment group reached 94.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 91.7%,with better efficacy in the treatment group(p < 0.01).2.Overall efficacy of Western medicine: after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.1%;the total effective rate of the control group was 87.5%;the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control patients(p< 0.05).3.Urine white blood cell count and urine bacterial culture conversion rate: the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment,and the improvement degree of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.01).4.On the basis of cultivating soil and benefiting the kidney,the liver thinning,liver cleansing and liver nourishing treatment are carried out,which improves the clinical efficacy of recurrent urinary tract infection,reduces the recurrence rate,and provides new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of this disease.Conclusion:1.This study shows that the use of Peitu Kidney Liver Regulation Method can reduce the TCM symptom points in patients with recurrent urinary tract infection and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with recurrent urinary tract infection.2.The use of Peitu Kidney Liver Regulation method can reduce the urine white blood cell count and urine culture bacteria in patients with recurrent urinary tract infection,improve inflammatory damage,and thus protect kidney function.3.The use of Peitu kidney liver regulation method can reduce the recurrence rate of recurrent urinary tract infection,thereby improving the anxiety caused by repeated attacks of the patient and improving the clinical efficacy.4.Peitu Yi Kidney Liver Regulation Method improves the clinical efficacy of recurrent urinary tract infection,reduces the recurrence rate,and provides new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of this disease through liver thinning,liver cleansing and liver nourishment.
