| Objective:By studying the clinical effect of Yuzhu powder on slow transit constipation(blood deficiency syndrome),it provides the basis for the clinical application of Yuzhu powder.Methods:In this study,64 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for slow transit constipation(blood deficiency syndrome)in the hemorrhoid fistula constipation specialist clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,with32 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Yuzhu powder,and the control group was treated with Prucapride succinate tablets,2 weeks as a course of treatment,both groups were treated for 2 courses.After completion of treatment,the total effective rate after 4weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,the number of markers remaining at 72 hours of colon transport test before and after treatment,recurrence rate and safety evaluation were compared and analyzed.Results:1.According to the criteria of shedding,elimination and discontinuation,60 cases were actually completed in this study,with 30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group,Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,course of disease,TCM syndrome score and marker residue number at 72 hours of colon transmission test(P>0.05),indicating comparability;2.Comparison of clinical effective rate: After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of experimental group was 93.33%,higher than that of control group 70.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.Before and after treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P<0.05);After treatment,the difference of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.Intra-group comparison before and after treatment and inter-group comparison after treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the number of marker residues at 72 nd hour of colon transport test(P<0.05);5.The recurrence rate of the two groups was 7.14% in the experimental group and28.57% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);6.In the comparison of safety,there were no abnormal cases in the experimental group and 2 abnormal cases in the control group.Conclusion:Yuzhu powder can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with slow transit constipation(blood deficiency syndrome),and its clinical efficacy is significant,stable,and high safety,worthy of further clinical promotion. |
