Objective: “wuzi” ointment is the commonly used prescription which Professor He Ping to treat the slow transit constipation that type of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency,Because of its warming kidney and spleen-based,it is also known as Wenshen Jianpi Ointment.To investigate the clinical security and efficacy of " Wenshen Jianpi Ointment " in slow transit constipation(STC)patients,for the purpose of providing evidence to the clinic treatment.Methods: We randomly divided 120 cases of patients with slow transit constipation into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group,according to the random number table.The treatment group were taken “wuzi” ointment and Maren soft capsule imitation agent;the control group were taken Maren soft capsule and “wuzi” ointment imitation agent.Two weeks is a course of treatment.After two courses comparing the results of the security of the two groups,symptom score,efficacy,colonic transit time and three months follow-up clinical relapse rate after withdrawal,using the SPSS21.0 statistics software to analyze the results.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 88.33% and 75.00% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In the relationship between course of disease and efficacy,the efficacy of the treatment group in patients with "5 to 10 years" and " "duration of more than 10 years" was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The relationship between the patient’s condition and the efficacy,the treatment group on the "moderate" patients with better efficacy than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After a course of treatment,compared the two groups the symptom score decreased significantly,but there was no statistically significant difference relative symptom score(P>0.05),After two courses of treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Three months after the end of treatment follow-up treatment group relapse rate was 22.86%,control group relapse rate was 45.45%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There were no significant adverse events in the two groups during the course of treatment and 3 months follow-up,which was safe and effective.Conclusion:“wuzi” ointment is efficacy,low-relapsed and safe in the treatment of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency slow transit constipation,reflecting the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
