All patients were followed up,The longest follow-up period was 6 years,The shortest follow-up period was 5 months,3 months later, it was gradually reduced,3-4 times a year / day,Two years after 2-3 times / day,Four years after 1-2 times / day. n one case, 6 months after operation due to urinary retention caused defecation difficulties,Retention of urine after the recovery of normal bowel movement.Conclusion: Total colon resection,Rectum end to end anastomosis of ileum and rectum is safe and effective for the treatment of colonic slow transit constipation.
