Objective: This project aims to collect and analyze the points of constipation symptoms, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points,ARM,and PAC-QOL points of patients before and after treatment by observing the treatment of OOC patients with Fengshu Jian Spleen decoction, and comprehensively evaluate their clinical efficacy, recurrence rate and safety,in order to provide a better efficacy and safe treatment plan for the clinical treatment of OOC.Methods: Seventy-two patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,with36 cases in each group. The treatment regimen of the treatment group was Fengshu Jian Spleen Soup + BF,and the treatment plan of the control group was BF alone, the course of treatment was 4 weeks, and the follow-up was followed up after 3 mon-ths of discontinuation. The data were analyzed and processed by SPSS26.0 statistical software, and the adverse reactions during the treatment process were counted.Results:1.Comparison of baseline data: there was no statistical difference in gender, age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Comparison of observation indicators before treatment: comparing the scores of constipation symptoms,TCM symptoms,ARM parameters, and PAC-QOL scores before treatment between the two groups, there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),indicating that the above observation indicators were comparable.3.Comparison of constipation symptom points: compared within the group, the individual symptom points of constipation and the total score of constipation symptoms after treatment in the two groups were improved compared with the previous(P<0.05);Compared with the groups, the treatment group had better improvement in the individual symptom points of constipation and the total score of constipation symptoms than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome points: compared within the group, the individual TCM syndrome points and TCM syndrome points after treatment in the two groups were improved compared with the previous(P<0.05);Compared with the groups, the treatment group had better improvement in the individual points of TCM syndrome and the total score of TCM syndrome than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.ARM comparison: compared within the group, the ARM parameters after treatment in both groups were improved(P<0.05);In between-group comparisons, the treatment group improved ARM parameters better than the control group(P<0.05).6.Comparison of total PAC-QOL points: compared within the group, the total points of PAC-QOL(P<0.05)could be significantly reduced in both groups after treatment; In comparison between groups, the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the total score of PAC-QOL,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Efficacy of TCM symptoms: The efficacy of TCM symptoms in the control group and the treatment group was 51.51% and 84.84%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).8.Comprehensive curative effect: the total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 69.69% and 87.87%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant compared(P<0.05).9.Comparison of recurrence rate: the recurrence rate of the control group and the treatment group were 43.47% and 20.68%,respectively,and the difference between the recurrence of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).10.All patients included in this study had no adverse reactions during treatment and follow-up.Conclusions:1.The efficacy of Fengshu Spleen Decoction combined with BF in the treatment of Qi deficiency OOC is significant, which is better than BF alone, and it can clearly improve the constipation symptom score,TCM syndrome score,PAC-QOL score and ARM parameters of OOC patients.2.The recurrence rate of OOC in the treatment of OOC is lower than that of BF alone.3.The safety of Fengshu Spleen Decoction combined with BF in the treatment of Qi deficiency OOC is high, which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.4.The mechanism of the treatment of OOC by Fengshu Jian Spleen Decoction may be related to the effects of various drugs in Fengshu Jian Spleen Decoction that can promote gastrointestinal motility, maintain intestinal microecological balance, lubricate the intestine and help improve the paradoxical movement of muscles around the anorectum.
