Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Medical Ethics Education For Medical Students In Traditional Chinese Medicine Colleges In The New Er

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards "building a healthy China" as one of the overall goals and requirements for achieving socialist modernization,and particularly puts the protection of people’s health as a strategic priority for development.To play the important role of traditional Chinese medicine in the construction of a healthy China,medical ethics education is of utmost importance.Since ancient times,Chinese doctors have attached great importance to medical ethics education.Famous doctors such as Sun Simiao and Zhang Zhongjing have made important discussions on medical ethics.The cultivation of medical ethics among medical students in the new era is conducive to strengthening students’ ideological and political education,promoting the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine talents,promoting the healthy development of traditional Chinese medicine,and better serving the people,Serving society.This article is based on Marx’s professional ethics and traditional medical ethics,and takes the current situation of medical ethics education for medical students in traditional Chinese medicine colleges in the new era as the research object.Research methods such as literature review and questionnaire survey are used to explore the problems in medical ethics education in traditional Chinese medicine colleges in the new era,and the reasons for the problems are pointed out.The problems mainly manifest in four aspects: the lack of systematic construction of the medical ethics education system,the lack of standardized and concise medical ethics education content,the lack of diversified expansion of medical ethics education carriers,and the lack of unity between clinical practice and theory of medical ethics.The main reasons for the occurrence of problems include the need to strengthen the importance of medical ethics education,weak understanding of the importance of medical ethics among medical students,the need for innovation in medical ethics education models,and insufficient integration of traditional Chinese medicine ethics education in medical clinical practice.After summarizing and analyzing the problems and causes of medical ethics education in traditional Chinese medicine colleges,four suggestions are proposed for the construction of a new era medical ethics education system,enriching the content of medical ethics education in the new era,innovating the carrier of medical ethics education in the new era,and optimizing the practice of medical ethics education in the new era.The aim is to find the optimal path for medical ethics education in the new era and solve the problems that still need to be solved in medical ethics education in traditional Chinese medicine colleges,Improve the level of medical ethics education in traditional Chinese medicine universities in the new era,achieve the educational goal of cultivating talents for the country and the Party,and cultivate students to become useful talents in the construction of a healthy China.
