The consummated clinical medicine should be a subject which unifies the technique and humanity, but the formation of medical humanity thought could not leave the medical ethics education. The medical graduate students will be the backbone strength of future medical research, teaching and practice. They are supposed to have a higher level of medical ethics quality. In the trend of globalization for medical education, the medical graduate students who want to win approval, development and advancement in international medical Cooperation and exchanging also must be aware of the norm of ethics, have "occupation value, attitude, behavior and ethics" core ability demand. But with the transition of medical mode and Chinese medical reform's deeply development, ethics education of medical graduates is also confronted with a lot of practical problems. Discovered by the document retrieval, there is seldom research about the ethics education for the clinical medicine graduates. The investigation and study about the medical ethics cognition situation for the present clinical graduates are especially short. In order to make a thorough study on the ethics education for the medical graduates, the author designed "the clinical medicine graduates medical ethics condition and their cognition attitude questionnaire", and carried out a questionnaire survey in 963 clinical medicine students. It is discovered that the positive and negative factors of medical ethics coexisted in the medical graduates. Although the graduates were inclined to be puzzled in face of the life and the social reality, the mainstream still was positive upward. The overwhelming majority medical graduates can correctly understand the relationship between the medical ethics and practical skill, they put the person's value on the first place, and think they should maintain a good mood in the work, should have a strong responsibility consciousness, oppose the wrong medical ethics phenomenon. The statistical analysis indicated that, the graduates have remarkable sex differences in the majority medical ethics idea, moreover with the growth of age and experiences, the negative influences which the graduates receive along with the bad medical atmosphere will grow. The graduates who have studied the medical ethics behave obviously well in many medical ethics question understanding than the one who do not. The only child pays more attention to self-benefits, the value and the goal's realization, besides these there is not other differences in majority medical ethics ideas. There is much deficiency in the current medical ethics education for the medical graduates. It exists mainly in several aspects: Medical ethics education concept is light; Medical ethics education system is not perfect. Unifying the education reality of medical graduates, this paper proposed a series of detailed Countermeasures to strengthen the medical ethics education: concrete the comprehensive moral education work for the freshman graduates; promote the exchange and permeation between medical ethics and other medical disciplines; reform the training plan of medical graduates, increase the content of medical ethics education; Make fully use of the guiding effect of advisor; Reinforce the effects of medical ethics education by counsellor of medical graduate; Strengthen the organization and management of social practice to help the poor for the medical graduates.
