Objective:(1)the purpose of this study is to explore the effective way and method of medical ethics education of medical foreign students in the cultural differences background;(2)put forward rationalization proposal in order to improve the practical teaching effect of medical ethics of medical students;(3) to explore how to balance cultural differences and the implementation guidelines for the medical students in medical practice in the future, how to cultivate medical ethics qualified medical workers at the same time.Methods:(1)the method of literature research:Through reading, sorting, analysis of domestic and foreign medical ethics education and professional ethics education of medical students relevant information, summarize and combing the main ideas and research results;(2)through the questionnaire and face-to-face interview to understand the current situation of medical students medical ethics education in Xinjiang; understand the needs of foreign medical students on medical ethics education, and the impact on medical student under different social background and culture;(3)comprehensive analysis and comparative analysis:attempt to explore the practical way and theory under different cultural background of medical ethics education of medical student; Results:(1)through the actual teaching effect of medical ethics survey, there is still a gap in teaching with the expectations of the students;(2)the major factors that affect students medical ethics education are the environmental factors and cultural factors, religious culture factors in particular;(4)in the treatment of many medical students medical ethics for the differences between the different background of culture;(4)religious culture to a certain extent, affected the religious beliefs of the medical ethics of medical students.Conclusion:(1)draw lessons from western developed countries in a cross-cultural context to carry out the advanced experience of medical ethics education;(2)need to improve medical colleges both at home and abroad exchanges and cooperation, expand consensus, search for medicine culture in common.(3)establish an international medical ethics education system, and finally to test medical ethics education mode in practice.
