| Purpose:By reviewing the relevant case information of 42 patients with chronic heart failure(yangqi deficiency,blood stasis and water stop syndrome),the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Qiangxin prescription combined with western medicine were analyzed,so as to provide theoretical basis for further clinical application and scientific research in this prescription.Material and method:According to the volume-exclusion criteria of this study,42 cases from the second cardiology ward and CCU ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,In line with the diagnosis of the heart failure disease(yangqi deficiency,blood stasis and water stop syndrome)and in the western medicine conventional treatment based on the application of Yiqi Qiangxin prescription patients,Take your own pre-front and post control method,With 2 weeks as a treatment session,At 4 weeks was the observation endpoint,before treatment,after 2 weeks,after 4 weeks,The changes of TCM syndrome score,the quality of survival scale score for chronic heart failure,N-termi-nal pro BNP(NT-pro BNP)level,D-Dimer level,six-minute walking test distance(m)and related security indicators were analyzed.Results:1.TCM syndrome points:(1)After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome decreased significantly compared with that before treatment.In the significant analysis,P<0.001;palpitations,fatigue,unfavorable urination,shortness of breath,shortness of breath,edema on the face and limbs,chills,cold limbs,abdominal distension,cough,cyanosis of the lips,and dark complexion improved compared with before treatment.It has statistical significance.Although the cough situation is lower than the score before treatment,it has no statistical significance.(2)After 4 weeks,the symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine decreased compared with 2 weeks of treatment,and in the significant analysis,P<0.01.(3)According to the criteria for determining the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,the total effective rate after 4 weeks of treatment is 88%.2.Chronic heart failure combined quality of life scale score:(1)After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the total score of the quality of life scale of traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with chronic heart failure decreased compared with that before treatment.In the significant analysis,P<0.001,among them,the fields of physiological function,role restriction,vitality and social function were improved compared with that before treatment.It has statistical significance,and there was no statistical significance in the fields of mental health and medical support.(2)After 4 weeks of treatment,the total score decreased significantly compared with that 2 weeks of treatment,and P = 0.01 in the significant analysis.3.NT-pro BNP level:(1)After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the level of NT-pro BNP decreased compared with that before treatment,and P<0.001 in significant analysis.(2)After 4weeks of treatment,the level of NT-pro BNP decreased compared with that 2 weeks of treatment,and P<0.001 in significant analysis.4.D-Dimer level:(1)After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the level of D-Dimer decreased compared with that before treatment,and P<0.05 in significant analysis.(2)After 4 weeks of treatment,the level of D-Dimer decreased compared with 2 weeks of treatment,and P=0.006 in the significant analysis.5.6-minute walking test distance:(1)After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the 6-minute walking distance is higher than before treatment.In the significant analysis,P<0.001.(2)After4 weeks of treatment,the walking distance of 6 minutes is higher than that after 2 weeks of treatment,and in the significant analysis,P = 0.001.(3)According to the criteria for determining the efficacy of the 6-minute walking test,the total effective rate after 4 weeks of treatment is 95%.Conclusion:On the basis of combined with Western medicine conventional treatment,Yiqi Qiangxin prescription can improve the relevant symptoms of patients with yangqi deficiency,blood stasis and water stop-type heart failure,improve the quality of life of patients,improve patients’ exercise endurance,and have high safety,which provides a theoretical basis for the further clinical application and scientific research of the prescription. |
