Objective: The clinical efficacy and safety of Qishen Qiangxin decoction were evaluated by observing the effects of Qishen Qiangxin decoction on TCM syndrome scores,LVEF,BNP,6-minute walking distance trail,NYHA classification of cardiac function and related safety indicators of CHF patients with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome. Methods: Selecting 60 cases of CHF with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis in the department of cardiology of Chinese medicine hospital in Wuhu City from January 2019 to December 2019 and randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in the control group received western medicine standard treatment, while 30 cases in the treatment group was treated with Qishen Qiangxin decoction on the basis of the control group treatment. Before and after four weeks of treatment, recording the changing situation of TCM syndrome scores,BNP,LVEF,and NYHA cardiac function grading in the two groups, and these data were statistically analyzed,to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results: Main clinical efficacy indexes: 1.TCM Syndrome Scores: After the whole treatment,TCM syndrome scores decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and decrease rate was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05);2.TCM Syndrome Clinical Efficacy: The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group, and this rate in the control group was 66.7%,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);3.BNP: After 4 weeks of treatment,BNP level decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group decreased more obviously(P<0.05).Secondary clinical efficacy indexes:1.LVEF: LVEF level of two groups increased after four weeks(P<0.05),and and increase rate was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05);2.6-minute Walking Distance Trail: After four weeks of treatment, the distance increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group increased more obviously(P<0.05);3.Cardiac Function Clinical Efficacy Classification: The total effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group, and the other group was 76.7%,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);Safety: During the treatment,no significant adverse reactions or abnormal safety indexes were observed in the two groups. Conclusion: Qishen Qiangxin decoction has significant clinical efficacy and good safety in the treatment of CHF with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis.
