Clinical Observation Of Qiangxin Mixture In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure(Qi-deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:The project observed the clinical efficacy of Qiangxin mixture in the treatment of chronic heart failure,in order to provide more objective evidence-based basis for the promotion of Qiangxin mixture.Methods:Forty-nine chronic heart failure patients with Qi-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who were inpatients were divided into two groups according to random number table method:treatment group(n=25)and control group(n=24).The control group was treated with standard treatment according to《Chinese Guidelines on Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2018》;The treatment group was also treated with standard treatment,and combined with Qiangxin mixture,which was plused or reduced traditional Chinese medicine and dosage according to the patient’s symptom,physical sign and individual constitution syndrome.Recorded the changes of New York cardiac function classification,the diatance of the 6-minute walk test,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),BNP,the scores of Minnesota life scale(MLHFQ),symptoms and signs of TCM scale scores,the readmission rate of heart failure,cardiovascular adverse events before and after treatment.Finally,collect the data and use the SPSS 19.and SAS 9.4 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.There were 25 patients in the treatment group and 24 patients in the control group.There was no statistical significance in the distribution of baseline data,such as gender,age,course of disease,complications and medication before treatment between 2 groups(P>0.05).2.About New York cardiac function classification,the total effective rate was 88%in the treatment group and 83.33%in the control group.After treatment,the two groups have improvement in New York cardiac function classification,but there was no statistical significance in the degree of improvement between the two groups(P>0.05).3.The walking distance in both groups was increased after treatment.Compared with the control group,the walking distance in the treatment group increased more after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Symptoms and signs of TCM scale scores and the scores of MLHFQ in 2 groups were significantly decreased.The decrease degree of treatment group was significantly better(P<0.05).5.After treatment,BNP value in 2 groups decreased compared with before.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).6.Both groups were increased in LVEF compared with before.But the difference was no statistical significance in the both group(P>0.05).7.There were no obvious adverse reactions or events in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:1.Qiangxin Mixture can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure and improve the quality of life of patients.2.Qiangxin Mixture can significantly reduce the patients’ BNP,improve the patients’ 6-minute walking distance,and improve the patients’ exercise tolerance.3.There were no adverse reactions and events occurred during the use of Qiangxin Mixture.It is clinically safe and effective.
