| Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of YiQi QiangXin Decoction in treating 30 cases of Chronic systolic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Method:60 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each.Treatment group was treated with YiQi QiangXin Decoction and the western medicine on the treatment,control group was given the routine treatment of western medicine.Clinical efficacy,quality of life in Minnesota and cardiac function indicators(including LVEF,6min walking test,NT-proBNP)were observed after 2weeks of treatment.Result:1.The total effective rate of Curative effect of heart failure in treatment group was 93.0%,which was significantly better than in control group(P<0.05).2.In the treatment group,the total effective rate of TCM Syndrome was96.7%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.The score of quality of life in Minnesota comparison of two groups after treatment,P<0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference.4.Result from two groups contrast of after treating,cardiac function indicators(including LVEF,6min walking test,NT-proBNP)is very difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:YiQi QiangXin Decoction can treat qi deficiency and blood stasis in patients with chronic systolic heart failure can obviously improve symptoms of heart failure,cardiac function index,and the curative effect was better than conventional western medicine therapy alone. |
