Clinical Study Of Wenyang Yiqi Tongluo Prescription In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure Of Yang-deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: The clinical efficacy and safety of Wenyang Yiqi Tongluo recipe in treating chronic heart failure with Yang deficiency and blood stasis type were evaluated by observing TCM syndrome score,quality of life scale score,NYHA heart function grade,6 minute walking distance,plasma N terminal B natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-pro BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and safety related indexes.Methods: According to the random number table,60 cases of chronic heart failure with Yang deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases each.Control group,Treatment with conventional western medicine;Treatment group,On the basis of the control group,the traditional Chinese medicine decoction was added orally.The course of treatment in both groups was 4weeks.the efficacy and safety were evaluated by observing traditional chinese medicine syndrome score,quality of life scale score,NYHA cardiac function grade,6-minute walking distance,plasma N terminal B natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-pro BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)changes and blood,urine,fecal three major routine,liver and kidney function,electrolyte.Results:1.two groups of patients before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,quality of life scale score,NT-pro BNP level,LVEF,6minutes walking distance were improved compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.two groups of patients after treatment,the treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,quality of life scale score,NT-pro BNP level,LVEF、NYHA cardiac function grade,6 minutes walking distance were significantly improved compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.the whole study process of the two groups did not have adverse reactions.Conclusions:Combined with Wenyang Yiqi Tongluo recipe for chronic heart failure on the basis of routine treatment of western medicine can reduce the level of NT-pro BNP,improve left ventricular ejection fraction,improve symptoms,signs and cardiac function,improve exercise tolerance and quality of life.
