Objective:By collecting the medical records of children with premature cerebral palsy in the past, summarizing the high-risk factors of premature children with cerebral palsy, and comparing the differences in the curative effect of acupuncture-assisted rehabilitation therapy and simple rehabilitation therapy on the motor function of premature children with cerebral palsy,it provides a basis for clinical prevention, early diagnosis and treatment.Acupuncture treatment of cerebral palsy provides data support.Methods:1.Etiological study: 92 cases(56 males and 36 females)of premature children with cerebral palsy aged 0-6 years from January 1,2021 to October 1,2022 were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Xiangya Boai Hospital, and the risk factors of etiology were analyzed.2.Clinical observation: The children with premature cerebral palsy who completed acupuncture and rehabilitation for 12 months were selected as the experimental group(28 cases: 18 males and10 females),and the children who completed simple rehabilitation for 12 months were selected as the control group(42 cases: 27 males and 15 females).GMFCS rating and Gesell development scale were selected as indicators to evaluate the curative effect.Results:1.Results of etiological study:(1)The prenatal high risk factors of 92 premature children with cerebral palsy were: threatened abortion(21.74%),twin pregnancy(17.39%)and IVF(8.70%);(2)The high-risk factors during delivery were neonatal asphyxia(48.91%),premature rupture of amniotic fluid(14.13%)and premature rupture of membranes(9.78%);(3)The high risk factors of postpartum are: low birth weight(79.35%),neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(33.70%),intracranial hemorrhage(31.52%),neonatal hyperbilirubinemia(30.43%)and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(27.17%).2.Clinical observation results:(1)There were no significant comparisons between the trial group and the control group before treatment, age and sex(P > 0.05),and the data of the two groups were comparable.(2)Comparison of therapeutic effects of GMFCS: There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after 12 months of treatment(P > 0.05).(3)Comparison of DQ value of large exercise behavior:(1)Intra-group comparison: After 12 months of treatment, the DQ value of the experimental group increased(P < 0.05),while that of the control group had no difference(P > 0.05);(2)Comparison between groups: There was no significant difference in DQ between the two groups after 12 months of treatment(P > 0.05).(4)Comparison of DQ values of fine motor behavior:(1)Intra-group comparison: After 12 months of treatment, the DQ values of both the experimental group and the control group increased(P < 0.05);(2)Comparison between groups: After 12 months of treatment, there was no significant difference in DQ between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.The high risk factors of premature children with cerebral palsy are low birth weight, neonatal asphyxia, neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, intracranial hemorrhage, neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.2.Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation can improve gross motor function and fine motor function of premature cerebral palsy children.
