The core characteristics of cerebral palsy children are movement disorders and postural abnormalities, movement disorders seriously affect the quality of life of cerebral palsy children and cause a heavy burden to the family and society,so it is necessary to improve the movement function of cerebral palsy children.Sports rehabilitation training has a significant effect on the improvement of motor function of children with cerebral palsy, but the cost of professional rehabilitation institutions is high and the burden of parents is heavy. The demand for sports rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy is long-term or even lasts for a lifetime. However, the current form of sports rehabilitation institutions is relatively single and lack of motivation for sustainable development.Schoolage children with cerebral palsy receive education in school most of the time, and their sports rehabilitation is blocked. The national policy advocates the integration of health and education, and the integration of rehabilitation and education has become a general trend. The integration of sports rehabilitation training and physical education for children with cerebral palsy has become a new research direction. Objective: Based on this background, this study aims to promote the integration of sports rehabilitation training and physical education for children with cerebral palsy in special schools, and to explore the influence of optimized integrated school physical education on the motor function of school-age children with cerebral palsy. Methods: 16 eligible cerebral palsy students were selected,8 cases in the experimental group and 8 cases in the control group. On the basis of consulting materials and interviewing experts,an intervention program integrating sports rehabilitation training and physical education for students with cerebral palsy was developed according to their physical sports characteristics. The experimental group was integrated physical education teaching intervention group, and the control group was conventional physical education teaching intervention group for 15 weeks. Before and after the experiment, the gross motor function of the subjects was evaluated by the GMFM-88 scale, the balance ability of the subjects was measured by the stand-up and walking timing test, the walking ability of the subjects was measured by the10-meter maximum walking speed test, and the critical range of motion and muscle strength of the subjects were measured by Micro FET-3.SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data before and after each group and the differences between the two groups were compared. Results: After 15 weeks of teaching, the gross motor function scores of cerebral palsy students in the experimental group and the control group increased significantly compared with before the experiment. The comparison between the two groups showed that there was no significant difference in gross motor function scores between the two groups before the experiment, but there was a significant difference after the experiment(P < 0.05).The stand-up and walk timing test of cerebral palsy students in the experimental group and the control group was compared before and after the experiment, and the time of the test group was significantly decreased(P <0.05),and the scores of both the experimental group and the control group were significantly decreased(P < 0.05).After 15 weeks of teaching, students in the experimental group and the control group were compared with each other in the stand-up and walk timing test time and scores, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 15 weeks of teaching intervention, the 10-meter maximum walking speed of students in both experimental group and control group was significantly increased; After 15 weeks of teaching, the maximum walking speed of 10 meters between the experimental group and the control group was compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 15 weeks, the range of motion of some subjects in cerebral palsy group was significantly improved.Compared with 18 weeks ago,the muscle strength of elbow flexor, knee extensor, knee flexor, shoulder extensor, elbow extensor and ankle-plantar flexor of the experimental group were significantly increased(P < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)Integrative physical education has significant improvement effect on rough movement, balance ability, walking ability, range of motion of hip, knee and ankle, and part of muscle strength of students with cerebral palsy, which is superior to the effect of routine physical education in special school.(2)The integration of sports rehabilitation training and physical education activities for children with cerebral palsy in special education schools is reasonable and effective, and this integration mode can be further verified and promoted in the optimization of physical education teaching mode for special children.
